New grower. First time ever trying to grow anything.

Hey guys, how’s it going tonight? I have 2 autoflower ladies going, one is a 5 going on 6 week old Girl Scout cookie by garden of Green of Green. She’s in a 5 gallon Lowe’s bucket with a mix of %90 ocean forest and the other %30 black gold natural and organic. The temp is between 74-78 degrees Fahrenheit and around 50-57 % RH. I keep the lights on 18/6. I’m using a maxsisun pb1000w full spectrum LED on the Girl Scout cookie. I’ve used nothing but distilled bottle water and just started adding calmag 2-3weeks ago and as of yesterday I started adding Humboldts Secert Base A and Base B and 1/4th strength. The other lady I have is a west coast OG by fastbuds that a week behind the Girl Scout cookie auto. pretty much same as above but she’s growing in 3 gallon pot with only black gold natural and organic and I’m using a Wakyme 350w led full spectrum COB on this one though and same nutes and water and environmental info. The one on the left is West coast OG and on the right is the Girl Scout cookie auto. I’ve noticed browning tips on the new sets of leaves at the top of the west coast OG. And brown splotches on the set of leaves on the very bottom of the west coast OG.

First, great job on getting your first ever plants to this stage! Generally they look pretty good.

Well, I'm new to weed, but I've grown a lot of other stuff so I'll comment.

My first suggestion would be to take close up pictures of the leaves with issues and start a thread in the infirmary. There are also several very good stickies that give pictures and descriptions of different nutrient deficiencies.

In your third picture some of the crowns look a little lighter than the rest of the plant with yellowing between the veins, but that could be the lighting in that picture. If you see that in person, it would be an early sign of a nutrient deficiency.

In the fifth picture I can see some lower leaves yellowing and dying and I can see some necrosis on a couple of other leaves. From what I have read here, pot starts to scavenge nutrients as it gets into later flowering, so that might be what is going on here, but someone with more specific knowledge would have to help you there.

Take good pictures of the affected leaves and post in the infirmary. You will get more help that way.

I’ve been noticing a lot of problems then past week but I think it’s because all the nutrients are used up the soil and they are needing more since it’s in flowering mode. I just started adding bloom nutes two days ago so hopefully that will be the solution. I’ll most definitely post over there in the infirmary. Thanks again for your kind replies! Thanks a lot man! Since I’ve been on here, you seem like a solid dude, St.tom! Thanks so all of you who replied. I’ve just started giving them bloom nutes so hopefully that will make my ladies happy. I’ll post a few days from now with updates if that’s ok?
