Wow thanks all for the warm welcome; I'm already feeling at home! I got a couple of big buddah S.A.S (super auto sativa) I can't wait to try. I'll post it up for sure when it gets underway.

Once again thanks all and I'll see you round :)

Hi all,

New around here and to autos. I've grown a couple if the first gen autos Diesel Ryder but wasn't too impressed with size/yeild. My regular Aussie site isn't that into autos although there are a few guys from here on there giving me some hope on the next generations :)

Anyway I look forward to floating around these forums :)

Cheers

welcome fellow aussie

don't let the early disappointing yields turn you off, but do not be mistaken compared to photos autos are hard but worth it as you can complete grows between 50-80 days and when you look around this site you will see large yields are possible

my first few autos were miniature, so small and the yields would not have paid for the seeds, but they were a good quality smoke, I have learned that the medium you grow in must be very airy so the roots don't need to fight (in my opinion coco is the perfect medium for autos asides from hydro set ups), more so than photos.

once you get the hang of autos you will find they have many great benefits and definitely worth the early harsh learning curve

what state of the great land down under are you?

Welcome in nici, glad to have you on AFN. You won't be disappointed in the new strains of autos. I myself am mainly a photo grower but after a few auto grows I am really impressed with yields, quality and probably the most important to me, speed of harvest. Look forward to seeing some of your grows.

BTW, there is a photo section a lot of us post in as well. You can find it here - https://www.autoflower.org/f24/
