New Grower need help

ok i stared ten seeds from some bag weed i had laying around and i stared them under dbf40w in 16oz cups its been 4 weeks from seed.now at three weeks i took 5 of them and put them in 12/12 out of that five three were male i killed them.the other two are female.with me, ok! now.the other 5 have been under 24 hour light in the day time i have my 400w-hps sonargo/with all my big girls 5 all in flowering.at night its dbf40w only.now out of the five i have under 24 hours of light two stared autoflowering one is all male and the other is 100%female.now its like notthing ellis matters i want to see what this is about.i have never seen it before and i have been growing like 5 years now.so i need to know if i sex the male with the female will the seeds that come from her be all female seeds?please someone that knows thanks :no:

If you pollinate the female plant that auto flowered under 24 hours of light with the male plant that did the same you will wind up with regular auto flowering seeds with your normal male/female ratio.

No, any seeds you get could be either male or female. In order to get all female seeds the female would need to be manipulated by either stressing them or threating them with colloidal silver.
