need help for seedling stage

the right plant is 9 days old and the left one is only 8. i wonder why there is a difference of their growth. plus, the stem of smaller plant is bigger. i have watered them equally. however, the right one shows signs of better growth since germination. this is my first grow. both of them are under 450w full spectrum led. need helps and suggestions asap. thanks in advance!

update on day day 20-21
-I did lst nearly a week ago and one plant was damaged on the lowest pair of leave which made them dry out and still bulding new ones.
-I gave nutrients 3 time with grow, micro, bloom, b52, root booster of reiziger and local effective microorganism with ppm of 300, 500 and 800 approximately. watering 750,900,1100cc every around 3-4days
-3 plants (deep blue c, thunder haze and incredible bulk) are on 3gallon pots and under 2×300w led full spectrum 14inches away(1mars hydro and 1chinese) 20/4 on off and somedays i put them outside for 24/0. trying to control humidity 50-75 temp 24-28c
-there is a problem on some leaves and inequally growth on deep blue c and I feel like I feed my plant too much. need helps and advices sir!
