Well Kay got blown over by the wind today and fell about 3 ft. She had been there so long that some of her tops had turned toward the sun. She lost very little dirt as her medium is hard as hell and not easy to water. I flushed with sledgehammer about a week or so ago, but it didn't seem to loosen up at all. Does anyone have any advice on how to loosen her soil up? I think she may be root bound as she is in a 3 gallon fabric pot. I hope to transplant her in the ground within the next week ... Peace!

Day 82

Not much to report except Brenda and Kay still haven't been transplanted. It has set into raining and I don't ever remember seeing anything like our current forecast, which is at least a 40% chance of rain for the next 10 days. I'm also adding a 00 Cheese to this thread as it turn out to be a photo. Not saying anything against 00 seeds, as it was a freebie and not promised to be an auto, (I got it from the Herbie's autoflower site). She will henceforth be known as Velveeta On to the pics ...

What up need? Yeah crazy ass rain huh? Are you using tap water? Sometimes to much calcite in water will fuck your soil up like that, make it hard as rock so water barely drains through? my first few grows we're like that. My guess was the tap water because it went away after I started using r/o water. Peace brother

Nice bro! Notes I've gathered for you from this thread:

• BigBloom is a not a full nutrient line - in OF you should be good for feeding first 30 days. It's safe to use BB from day 10ish all through the grow but the OF soil seems to feed my plants well until about day 25-30 and that's when I start to add in "real" veg nutes.
  
• I'm thinking it could be root bound as well I've noticed soil gets super hard when there's a shit ton of roots.
• Secure your plants somehow so they can't keep getting blown off!!!!

Otherwise you're doing really well! The rain is kind of a bummer for your outdoor grows but its all good!

That's got to be it bro, cause I've been using tap water for the last month or so. I've been adding a few drops of dish soap for about the last week. I know some people use dish soap as a wetting agent, but I think that has more to do with foliar feeding. Anyways, thanks a shit load faded cause I can still keep my auto grow from doing the same ... Peace bro!!!

Yea lol. Thats wht happened with my cheeseberry I thought it was going to be ok. Then one day it just all drooped and the stem rotted out completely lol. Owell. Well win some, we loose some. Important thing is we push forward and learn. Same goes for like to when you think about it =).
