Hi everyone, just wanted to comment on my new Platinum 300W...I’ve been growing for some time with two 135W UFO LEDs in a 1.2x0.6x1.4 m tent and usually grow 2 plants at a time.

I am currently growing a Critical Auto, now close to harvest, and my Platinum 300 arrived just at the start of preflowers, so I lighted it up in veg for a week, and then added the bloom switch too. I first kept it at 50 cm. And then lowered it down to 40 cm.

I left for a week and when I came back my plant was looking great, boosting flowers everywhere and I was impressed to see how quickly they were yellowing!! Certainly a very powerful light, I was expecting to harvest @11-12 weeks as usual with my setting and now it’s gonna be around 10 weeks.

I’m just anxious to see how it performs from the very start, I’m sure it will grow bigger plants that I’m used to, the equipment works fine, heat production is low, has got big fans, all in all very happy with it!

All-

I too have a Platinum P300 and am wondering how many small autos can be grown under it in soil with 5 gallon buckets.

The max core foot print or coverage of the 300 is 2x3 feet so you could grow 4 small plants put that would be pushing it.Two plants would be more realalistic.

Just took a break and starting back up in April or sooner if I get the itch! Wife is asking to downsize my tent as my gorilla tent was pretty big.

Thanks to all that responded
