Hello all,

As some of you already know I have been actively growing my first Autoflower crop for several weeks. I have had some interesting results using very basic materials & equipment.

Soil: Miracle Grow Potting Mix

Nutes: Miracle Grow Vegetable Boost Started at 14 Days in at Quarter Strength, then half, then full.

Lights: 18/6 Cycle
250 Watt 2700K CFL
250 Watt 6500K CFL
160 Watts 6500K T12 Tubes for perimeter light
Rotated my 250w CFLs every time i watered my crop

Water: Every 4-5 days, done by feel of soil inch to inch and a half depth. Water PH 6.4-6.5

Temperature: 80-85F during the Light cycle 70F During the Dark Cycle.

Co2 Supplement: Yeast Reservoir changed every week.

During my grow I have realized that this Strain is Photosensitive in regards to plant yield. I also realized i have a mutant in my crop currently standing 32" High! These were all Lowryder #2 Seeds not feminized. I also pollinated one of my girls partly. Don't worry the fans were left off for 24 hours and i did spritz down the Crop to prevent Pollen going where it shouldn't.

Without further Adieu:

Looks like some nice ladies you should get a pretty good yield for yourself, good job.

Thank you Namvet, I am looking forward to harvest which is only a couple weeks out :booya: I would like some constructive criticism with my grow. Its my first autoflower grow and could use all the pointers I can get.

I went over you pictures again and realized that they look streched out thats the reason that there so high. If you grow again I think you should make some sort of containment box that reflects the light and also with that many plants you will need more lights and replace that t12 with some t5's or more cfls. For your first grow its not that bad.

OK, yeah i have been debating the hood thing for awhile. I bought some supplies today to make it happen. I also got more fixtures to add some smaller CFLS on the flanks. Thank you for the heads up.

I dropped some of my T-12's and replaced them with CFLS as Namvet suggested. I have not yet put a hood over the big CFLS, however that is in the process of being constructed. There is significant flowering going on with these bastards. The mutant LR2 is 35 1/2" tall and budding like a popcorn machine! Pictures are in the link below for you viewing pleasure. Feel free to give advice :)
