She does look a little stunted, but still good. Could have been the OF. Did you start out in it?

3 weeks into flowering so about 6 weeks total? Yes, right about now, 5-6 weeks from seed, and when vertical growth stops is when you can switch to bloom nutes. Start them light and gradually work up while gradually working down on the veg nutes until you drop the veg nutes completely. See what I mean?

OF is too "hot" for the seedlings. That means there are too many nutes in it and it stunts the plant. Imagine shoving a king sized lobster and steak dinner down the throat of a newborn, not the best results. Start your plants in seedling soil until they show sex, then transplant them to OF.

well i wasnt sure because she hasnt really been growing any more?she kinda stopped about 2 weeks ago?someone else told me the reason was because i did transplant it?guess you kinda just figure it out along the way....

another question at what point should i switch my bulbs from blue spec to red?im using t 5 lighting also is it ok to mix and match say 2 blue spectrum and 2 red?or should i just go with either or?

There are mixed opinions on this but IMO, I say go mixed spectrum all the way through from start to finish for Autos.
