An early thank you on the congrats. I will take pics of Faranth before cutting and then do weights once cut. I have read that 48hrs of total darkness prior to chop will aid in concentrating resin in the flowers. I figured I would try it out, won't hurt anything to try it. So, Faranth has been in solitary for the last 24hrs and tomorrow will come out for a look see. So maybe pics tomorrow.

First bit of an update from the Dark closet, kinda. So Ramoth which had 4 buds pollinated has given up 72 seeds. They have been carefully separated from the buds and are resting in a small tupperware container to finish drying. I will germinate a couple random seeds in a couple weeks to verify viability. Once this is done, its into the fridge for long term storage. more to come as it develops.

Day 78 for Faranth. Chop day as well. Never a dull time around here. Had relatives in last weekend, Upstairs air conditioning system went out, and it reached 99 indoors in my upstairs and tent. Had 2 a/c techs thru here so far and so far so good. I managed to keep everyone in the tent looking good with more air circulation and plenty of water. Faranth was hiding alone in a closet thru all of this in the dark and waterless. I pulled her out, took pics, trimmed the leaves and chopped her down. Now she is hanging inverted in that same dark closet to begin the drying process.

She is sticky and my hands had a skunky smell with onion undertones when I was done trimming her. After a couple of days hanging I will get a weight and refine that once its jar bound for a couple weeks. I'm guessing 1 1/2oz when all is said and done.
While that doesn't seem like much, I haven't refined my growing of her yet, that will take a couple more grows. But with the stature that these ET Dragons have I could get 6 or 7 of these in my 4'x4' tent, now we're looking at 1/2lb every 80 days. With the added bonus of the sleep qualities that this bud has as well as the quality of the buzz and this is a no brainer. It's also an easy plant to grow. I would recommend this to anyone.

Hey, that looks really good man. Great job my friend, and congratulations on the seed stash. When I bust out the ET dragons. Im definitely going to Pack them in close to fit several in there. Good thing the AC going out didnt kill your ladies, or severly damage them. =) Cheers brother!

So as an update on weight, the yield was 50 grams. This was after 3 days in the dark with no water and temps in the closet hit 98f for a day and a half when my air went out. Then she was cut and hung for 2 1/2 days so most of the moisture was gone from the buds when I trimmed it off the stems and weighed it. So I can live with that yield and sleep like a baby at nite.

And on a side note. I dropped one of the seeds from my haul into a rockwool cube to verify viability of the seeds. in less than 48hrs I have a baby ET standing above the cube in my kitchen window. So I believe they are just fine and I will let this little dragon grow up outside. The saga continues.
