Here's a few pics of my BBK at 41 days old today. At almost 17" tall its not a tall girl but she is fat and absolutely full of buds. The purple is starting to show on the top of some of the buds. I also have a TD going that's the same age as this plant and one thing I noticed about these DP plants is that they are thirsty-at least compared to some of my other grows. Its going to be interesting to see how this one turns out and I'm really wanting to try some of this BBK bud. Anyhow here she is.

Well I took her down today-day 69. It came in at just under 18 inches from the top

of the compost. It didn't get very tall but she's fat. I screwed up a little early in the grow otherwise it may have gotten a little bigger. But I'm happy. All the buds are hard and dense but not really the purple color I see in other grows. The fan and sucker leaves all turned purple as they aged. It weighed more than I thought it would. Came in at 308 grams cleaned-as good as it gets around here anyway- and broke down into buds. Very sticky and nice aroma. Anyhow here she is:

Nice LP, not a bad haul for her size. Buds look great too even though they didn't get much colour, should be some good smoke regardless What's the smell like?

Thanks Hans. This plant is really a lot bigger than what it appears to be in these pictures. The buds have a very nice smell. I'm really poor at giving a descriptive analysis of any kind of pot smell. Any pot head would say it smells like some good sh?t man. Thanks for your reply. Pipes

Haha nice, so no distinct berry smell then? I've got a Blackberry a couple weeks in, hoping for a sweet smelling purple pheno :smoking:

Make no doubt about it the smell of my BBK is sweet right now. I just opened a bag to check it. But "sweet" is about descriptive as I can get other than "skunk" which I love. Pipes

Thanks Hubba! No I haven't tried any yet. I have plenty of pot on hand of various strains. I'll give it a 2 wk cure and then get a final weight and then try some. I do have a hard up neighbor that I save the bottom little buds for and I'm sure he will give it a try very soon now. Gotta feed the hungry:smoking:BTW Thanks for the Reps. I appreciate it
