It's a little late for any LST on the big girl. Me, personally, I would do a light defol to open up bud sites, increasing light penetration and air flow. Some leaves you can get away with trimming a finger or 2, to expose.
You could also trim underneath bits that will eventually be underdeveloped buds, in the end. This will focus energy into your main bud sites. If you plan on using fluffy buds for concentrates, then you can leave those. Up to you.
Some will say don't defol, some say do. When I have a monstrous bush like that, I definitely clean her up. The key is to take it slow...a couple leaves here, a couple leaves there. If she is healthy, like yours, you could get away with up to 10 leaves, imo, without skipping a beat.
