Well, here we are at the 30 day mark of my Medusas Fruit goup A plants and things are movin right along. The last few days i have had some yellowing bottom fans on a couple of the plants and needed to call in the big guns for help as i am a newbie to promix/AN nutes. DubV to the rescue fresh back from his vacation! I've been mixing my nutes and feeding 1 liter water/nutes per plant for a few weeks now and 1 liter wasn't producing runoff from the 1 gallon pots. My last feed, ppm in was 775 and no runoff. After Dub's recommendation to add 1 liter plain water, feed 1 liter budcandy/water,and then 1 more liter plain water i found my problem.Runoff ppm was 1900-2000-way too high! after flushing my ppms were back to tolerable levels and all is back to right again. I also learned growing in promix that you never let your pots totally dry out or you have another problem lol. Many thanks to DubV and WVR for all their help and tips!! Even with the slight yellowing the girls are goin vertical QUICK,one in particular is 6" taller then her sisters and keeps burning her top on the T5 tubes. My 2 pollen donor Medusas Fruit males are froming tons of pollen sacs but haven't dropped any pollen yet-hopefully soon so i can get this f2 show on the road. Group B Medusas Fruit are now18 days old and have been tiered into 1 gallon homes awaiting sexing. My 5 Duurty Dragons are also 18 days old and we're down to 4 after a rogue clan of worm/caterpillars raided the cab and took a dragon out-all were dispatched with extreme prejudice! At their age they are laggin behind the same age Medusas in size and i'm assuming its just because they are 2 different strains. the lone Bad Betty runt also comes in at 18 days and it is a site-formed 2 new leaves and is 1/2" tall now lol.she's still tryin so i'm lettin her live to see what happens next. A new addition to my grow equipment is a whirlpool r/o unit-NO MORE BUYING WATER!! After hook up,testing and purging its producing water at 21ppm and 6.8 ph from my sink faucet which is city water. Unit cost $150 and should pay for itself this grow as i' averaging about 12 gallons a week at $1.19 gallon when i bought it.Thats all for now, enjoy the pics!
