More hermies from selfied Fems?

It all depends how stable the line is, does not matter if it is reg or fem. Just make sure they are stable genetics to begin with and use a good reversal spray. When a reversal is done improperly or you're using something outdated like colloidal silver you can pass along stress traits like hermaphroditism. Do your research and then use a stable line and you should be fine.

To answer your second I would not pollinate the same plant you reversed for the pollen. If you are looking to create an S1 I would pollinate a different plant that is the same cut of that strain.

Sorry but I'm just going to have to disagree. If the plant is prone to herm you are going to pass that trait along no matter what process you use. You are not genetically altering a plants traits by spraying it with CS. Furthermore, I don't believe CS is outdated by any means. It's easy to make, cheap, easily sourced materials and it simply works. Can you elaborate more what the issue with self pollinating is ? I've found no problems with my selfed seeds.

Thanks for the replies! looking to self some chemdogging and this is what I wanted to hear!
