Grow Mediums Mom's Autocob, Autoflower, Autopot Grow

T
Decarbing is when you heat up buds or trim for anything other than smoking or vaping. If you want to make a tincture or cookies, you must "decarboxylate" the bud or trim. This is heating it up to activate the THC.
When I harvest my ladies and cut them down I keep all the leaves and tiny pieces of bud aside and put them in a baking pan. I dont decarb "bud" itself, just the trim~ I never harvest enough bud to use. This site might help you sweetie.

UPDATE: Babies Day 3, Louise day 65

Babies pots were light this morning and their coco was completely dry (cracking and pulling away from the root riots) so I gave them their first feed. I mixed 1L distilled room temp water, 1ml/L Earth Juice CalMag (0-0-0), 1ml/L AN B52, and 0.5ml/L Sensi Grow A/B. (it was hard measuring out 0.5ml as my little syringe is old and most of the numbers are worn off, but I did the best I could. Time for a new one!) I ph'd to 5.8, added 1/16tsp recharge, and mixed thoroughly. PPM=380

I watered each of the 4 pots with a large syringe until they were moist all the way through. I ended up throwing away about 1/4 a liter...but I like to mix a liter at the beginning as it is easier to measure out the nutes and additives. (trust me I suck at math!) GlueberryOG "B" is still tiny compared to her sister, but we all know sometimes the tiny ones can surprise us.
:yoinks:

I will not water them until pots are completely dry again. (If I have to sit on my hands so I dont water I WILL!)

Louise has not really been packing on the buds, but I am making sure she is watered, getting her bloom nutes and staying warm under her COB's. Just waiting patiently to see if she decides to give me more bud.
:coffee2:

Im heading to my favorite place in the world today, my local Hydro store! I need some fresh bagged canna coco for when I pot up, a new little syringe, a PH buffer to calibrate my pen, something to use for root control disks, and a few 6mm 4 way cross connectors and shut off valves for the autopot setup. This time I wanted to have a shut off valve on each pot~ that way if i have an issue with 1 pot I dont have to turn off the whole system.

Seedlings looking great MassMom!
Are the seedlings in coco in the small pots? I wouldnt wait until they are completely dry as coco should be treated like hydro for best results. Sure, they dont want to be drenched at this stage but keeping coco moist is important. If you have the possibility to bubble the water before watering the girls, they would appreciate it alot.
There is different approaches in coco and i see you have alot of help and :woohoo: allready from others, but different views of things can be good. Then just pick the ones feeling best for you and matching your grow-room. But for me coco should be kept moist atleast.

You go girl! :dancer:

Thank you sweetie! Yes coco is a totally new adventure for me. And there are so many great peeps on here I dont think I could do it without you guys! when you say bubble the water, do you mean bubble the water then add the nutes...or mix everything up then bubble and feed?....xoxo

The little ladies are looking wonderful and wanted a few pictures taken this morning after their morning shower/misting....little Divas already.
question: are they to tall? should I switch them from the CFL over to a COB?

I have a big rez that im having a air-stone inside.. I refill it with water then bubble it for 24h, mixing the nutes in there and in to the autopot rez, where I also keep an airstone.
If you have a rez where you can keep water and a airpump on your hand, just let it bubble to the next day and it will be full of oxygen when feeding the small ones.
