25 seasons of tossing down plants...still get that same feeling!!

Damn voice of experience! So much to learn its a super rewarding hobby. I just dropped the seeds for my second grow myself, got the tingles and hope it goes as well as the first! Starting a new thread shortly....
I ordered about forty seeds on a Black Friday special so that gives you an idea I'm not planning on slowing down any time soon

I'm going to second that recommendation. you don't get many duds when you grow premium genetics, and the seeds are too expensive to waste! Plus, I'm not convinced that you can tell which plant is going to be bigger when they're just seedlings.

Regarding the Molasses, don't put it in the reservoir as it is likely to clog up the valves. I would mix a spoonful with a quarter cup of water and then pour that right into the tray.
Call me lazy research boy :( What does the bud candy and/or molasses accomplish?

Molasses provides food for the life in the soil. Plus some magnesium. Its good stuff, use unsulfured molasses.

Yup plus the sugars help put on bud weight/increase yield. Same effect carbs have on people I guess lol

If I use CoCo, why would like like to use it in that?
I have no idea how much it would help in straight coco, im a soil guy. Growers have been using molasses as a food source for a very long time.
