So......I know we had a mass amount of photos added yesterday but they were not photos but no the most recent. A lot has changed as far as the ladies are concerned. Not going to post any pics of the midnight express because the bottom growth is just piss poor but she grown taller than her pot even with the LST. Seen an alien reptile mite hybrid on it's top and flicked it off. Seems like @HubbaBubba was right about possible insects. Still, only those two leaves look affected and rest of the plant looks healthy other than the fact it's growing more like a photo period and not an autoflower. The mazar....Looking great yall. Thanks @Heavily Medicated for the suggestion of putting it into the tent. I was very hesitant because I just could not figure out how to lower the heat. Most folks say have your light at this height etc...Nobody says it's according to the amount of watts it's putting out. Out of all of the back n forths I have read concerning this issue, no one has stated that wattage output plays a role but one site I came across which has a list according to their brand of lights and I just used it. And....It looks to be working. My coco experiment with the mazar @Heavily Medicated, I believe to be dialing it in. I've been placing it outside in the morning before work, just so the soil can dry some and the plants roots can breathe and not smother themselves in water. The leaves have not even been standing up in the sun but right now, I opened up the tent and the leaves are standing up. Haven't seen this in a couple weeks so we can assume the plant is liking whats going on. My new addition to the tent I decided to not experiment with this one so it has a Dr. Earths organic potting soil as a base and Dr. earths seedling starter on top. It is was lighter as a mix and considerably fluffy. My hopes is that with this lighter mix, this time around my seedling stage will be correct. Temps right, humidity right, soil is fluffy and watered correctly. Hopefully nothing goes wrong. I can tend to be long winded but I wanted to give you guys a complete update but here ya go
Whats going on yall. My lady I decided to forget about and ditch is doing great outside. It is definitely a sativa. With the LST curve in the stem, she is around 16". She purpling so beautifly. I pulled off some bottom growth that seemed to be stealing energy from the rest of the plant. I also decided to FIM her and the day after, pistils started shooting out from everywhere. I really want to try her out again. Maybe in the future because a correct grow of her may get too big for my tent. My short seeds spanish diesel is doing great. It has it's 2nd set of true leaves. I realized that I forgot about another SD seed I had in a cup of water. It had been in there about a week. Tap root was about an inch and a half and the seed husk had started to come off. Not into wasting money so I placed it into the same pot as the SD. It's first set of true leaves are coming in. The oldest SD is 6 days old and the youngest one 3 days old. I've been mainly just misting these two but I've watered both once when I seen the youngest SD pop with a very small amount of Dr. Earth root zone starter and a drop of superthrive and they seem to be doing well. The mazar is looking very good. Still has cosmetic damage from PH on some fan leaves but the buds are fine. I've taken off some of the bottom growth which wasn't receiving much light. Up until this point, she has received no bloom nutes. Next feed which will most likely be tomorrow, I will introduce the bloom nutes. Even with the PH cosmetic issue, I think the layer of coco at the bottom is a great ideal so far. I've been watering every 4-5 days and the leaves stay perky. Let me know what you guys think..
Hell yall. Just wanted to let ya kno that I had to get rid of the Mars Hydro Led. It drew way too much heat with not enough PAR to back it up. I have a Platinum LED on the way which draws significantly less in wattage and has a higher PAR reading. I'm hoping this works guys. I'll give an update after having it up for a few days. By the way, it's the P150
Loving all the pics. Can't wait until mine get this big. I too have had my share of issues but hoping things turn around. Check out my journal if you get a chance. What tent are you using? I'm thinking about moving from my closet to a tent and would love some ideas. Keep it up man!!
