I hope you don't mind me asking... have you seen any bugs near your plants? The white marks on your leaves make me think of damage from bugs.

I haven't seen any, I thought the same thing but I want to believe that it's either

A: Nutrient splash which has happened to me a few times while feeding and I just take paper towel and sit it on there to allow it to absorb the moisture

OR

B: Some sort of nutrient deficiency.

I upped my nitrogen with the fish fert which has caused a little nitrogen toxicity but not too major. It hasn't spread and Is only in the older leaves. The plant has undergone a lot of unneeded stress early on which could have also caused the discoloration. I check the leaves top and undeside everyday and haven't noticed any eggs or insects crawling around. I will keep you posted

Good luck to you. I was wondering about that medium setup, was wondering about wild pH swings too with the coco and the soil. I think each will have it's own pH. Do you have a pH soil probe? It would be interesting to push the probe all the way down into the coco, then do a shallow reading from the soil and compare. Might work out super and you just invented a novel new grow method!! Best of luck your way friend.:karmacloud: :vibes::goodluck::coco::vibe:

@Heavily Medicated I don't have a ph probe. My local nursery has a few different types but I've read so many things discouraging their use so I didn't want to spend the cash. After placing her outside before I left for work, her soil did dry but after a few hours of being inside, the top became moist again just not like it was before. This coco at the bottom is really holding onto water. What I don't understand is will if this would have been a coco grow, it would be necessary to water everyday being that it retains water so well. Anywho...I drilled additional holes in the bottom and sides of the pot and I believe it is also assisting with drying. It's cool that I wont have to water as much but how the heck am I suppose to feed her iff the soil stay moist for a week???

Day 26
Hello yall, have wanted to stay out of the way for a minute because the plants just weren't looking as good as I wanted them to. The plant I believe to be the midnight express is just not growing at all. Very little. I have removed her from my tent and have placed her outside because she seems to like the sun more. I decided to start germing a short stuff seeds Spanish Diesel to take her place in the tent. Now that I have the temps and humidity under control, I hope this babies seedling stage will be better then her counterparts before her. I soaked her in a glass of water for a night and tomorrow will make day three her in soil. She has not sprouted yet and I hope that she does tomorrow. If not, I'll wait until the 7th day and start germing another one. Now onto my mazar. This lady has been stepped on, pissed on, shat on, LSTd, over watered, under watered, high heat, low humidity, etc...You name it, shes encountered it. She's is not stranger to stress but.....She seems to be liking it. The last week she has been growing rapidly. Between me switching the CFL lights out for the LED and giving her sunlight with some extra holes in her pot to help dry out the excessive amount of coco in the bottom she is doing very well. To me at least. I believe this silica blast is no joke. The following pictures are from the last 7 or so days. Nitrogen toxicity is a bad combination, please don't remind. CHEERS!!!:pass:
