Hey everyone so I am on week 8 with the below auto. I follow the schedule of feeding every other water as this was recommended. I use the GH flora series and feed 50% of the nutrient schedule from their website. My question is what could be the reason why the middle leaves are turning faint yellow and dying off, yet the top of the plant is looking green and fine? I was experiencing nutrient burn and cut back to 50% of the nutrient dose but now i'm not sure if the plant is deficient in something. My PH is in check around 6.3, which leaves me to believe it could be something to do with the nutrients.

That’s Nitrogen deficiency buddy!

Ya up the feed but make sure to allow it to saturate well or parts of soil will still be dry causing problems I have this happen when I let pots dry out they feed on themselves but when ur to sick to move that's the last thing ur doing lol. She looks good otherwise so good job just up the feed how much ppm wise are ur feds or is it organic?

Thanks for the diagnosis! Would you recommend upping the entire feed in terms of the ratio being used (currently 50% of GH feed schedule) or would upping the ratio of just the Nitrogen nute be a better option?
I would say just nitrogen it's not necessarily a good thing more everything mostly bc it looks good also depends will you run again of so use this as a base line for your next plant now you no @ wk_ you need to up nitro then on 2wks 8m going to say a bit less even a bit more pk I mean 50ppm tor so try to keep ur feed around 500ppm or less if u can't with put deficiency like I said small the studies show 400ppm to be a high now that is in lab settings but still I've got best results @ 450ppm to 550ppm weather soil or coco never ran a true hydro but they seem to be in similar range.

Just do the N for now cuz nutes work in a symbiosis so too much of 1 can actually lock out another! Do higher N by itself (can do the others but don’t up them yet) and once it’s not spreading up the P&K

Update: Wish I saw this before I did my feed this morn. I upped the ratio from 50 to 75% for all of the flora series nutes so i'll have to assess how the plants react. If I don't see any rebounding in the next day or two i'll have to come back and troubleshoot the issue. Hoping for no burns

Update: After the feed I waited 4 days until watering and took these pictures. The yellowing has seemed to have subsided but only slightly, I am seeing yellowing still exist within lower to mid fan leaves. I also am seeing a bit of nute burn towards the top which makes me confused as to what I am adding too much of. FloraMicro contains the most nitrogen out of the 3 series nutes and the feed chart from GH has little to no micro in the feeds for late flower. Should I still up it anyways because of the yellowing?

Just so u know the leafs that go bad won’t fix themselves! U wanna look to make sure it’s not spreading! And didn’t see the nute burn but could be from raising the flower nutes along with the extra N! Also wind burn if u have a fan blowing directly on the leafs looks a lot like nute burn!
