Hey guys,

So I was looking for a carbon filter for my Micro grow, I looked around and found little to no options for something small and stealthy like mine so I decided to make one seeing as I couldn't find anything that looked well made. my question is would this be something others are interested in to sell as a business? I'm just testing the waters here and want the opinions of other growers. also id like to say its not something that was made with objects around the house and its in its first stage of development. Thanks for the input I'll add a pic up later if anyone wants to see and give feedback.

What kind of filter is that? Just a thin charcoal sheet? Not sure how much actual smell covering you'd get and it might have to be replaced quite often but I like the look of it.

No not a thin sheet u fill the inside with charcoal. Tried it with a buddy blowing smoke through it and it worked very well.

What's the size of the opening and how do you add the charcoal? Hard to tell from the pics.

It will fit any 120mm, 80mm or standard pc fan will bolt right up to it. you add it where the back bolts up to the fan once its secure the screen is held in place.

I may have to pick one up for my new stealth cab as I didn't put a filter inside..

Awesome if you do any feedback would be appreciated, I'm gonna be hooking this one up to my grow in a week or so

Maybe modify it so a fan can be placed on either side. When I did my microgrows, the biggest issue was a single fan wasn't strong enough to push through. If you modify it to allow fans to be bolted onto either side you might be able to cut this problem out entirely. I know this issue has effected some people's grows that I've watched as well, I think it's definitely something you should consider.

So your saying one fan pushing air through the charcoal and one fan pulling air from the other side? Ill work on the revision tonight if thats what your saying.
