Indoor mi5 and skunk berry

hi all, the day has arrived, have put skunk berry 3 fem and mi5 2 fem to germinate, useing the paper towel method, so its just waiting now....

my fan arrived today and was installed, ran the light( with no fan on) for a couple of hours to see what temp the closet would be it hovered around 32. celcius, well water is 6.4 so wont have to do much to it.
just waiting for seeds to pop

i know scott, didnt sleep last spend most of the night standing in the dark hot press with them its like having new borns

just home from work now and checked them no sign of life yet, so the wait continues...

can any one help please, i have used my well water 6.4 ph, drained it through my soil mix and the run off is 4.2 ph, how do bring the soil ph back up, thanks in advance for any help

hi all, last night one mi5 and one skunk berry poped, they were placed in plastic pint glasses with just peat and pot ash, still waiting for the others, i also fixed my soil ph problem by useing baking soda i brought the ph back up, thanks to trifid for the help so all is good today, still waiting on the other three babies to pop, will keep u posted

another skunk berry poped now so i made a small hole in the top of the soil with a pensil just below the surface,( not too deep) placed the seed in tap root facing down and covered with a small amount of soil dont press the soil on top of the seed just let it cover it, (dont put too much soil on top) and watered with a spray bottle so i dont over water it, they need to be damp not wet, i washed my hands before i handled the seeds and was very careful not to touch the root or to squeeze the seed to prevent damage, i kept the tempature in the hot press(germination area) at 30 celcuis and that seems to be working for me, so far nothing has broken the surface yet, but have no doubt it will.

i put the plastic pint glasses back into the hot press till they have broken the surface, at this tempature make sure the soil and paper towel stay damp, dont let them dry out.

also hygine is very important if you smoke tabacco or have pets, pets carry spider mites and the tobacco has tmv( tobacco virus) which ur plants can pick up. dont let pets in ur grow area or smoke in there.

another member suggested useing the alcohol gel to disinfect hand, i am useing this also
