Cheers buddy! Yeah, my own stupidity... I was aware it can happen and just totally forgot. Unfortunately I suspect it's the reason I keep feeling like the 4AM isn't quite as dense as I'd like her to be. Ah well! She's still alive and I've got another seed to pop. Once she's down I'm going to germ the other one ASAP as I'd really like to see her reach her potential. Terps are on point and whilst it's definitely about quality over quantity, it's still gotta be worth it in terms of electricity costs and all the rest of it.

Counting down the days now, can't wait to have my first taste of Mephisto!

Well, I'm off to start prepping the Christmas lunch. Thought I'd better get that out of the way before medicating. My girlfriend's mum is joining us and will be staying the night in the same room as the plants, it'll be interesting to see what she makes of that! Luckily she was a wild one in her day and I think she's quite keen to have a peek. I suspect the lights and fans might need to be turned off whilst she sleeps though, hopefully it won't cause too much trouble. Obviously not the best point in the grow to sacrifice on airflow...

its easy to be critical of ourselves new growers make new grower mistakes,kinda like a right of passage so to speak.be a lot less whoopsies if we wernt smoker/growers,a balancing act we never gonna get right dont dwell on the mishaps,make a few notes (must do better,could try harder) the kinda thing ya saw in school reports,and move on

Thanks but I think I'll go for a decent LED, my lekky bill is giving me nightmares. Not sure whether to for cobs or a panel. Cobs seem to be everyone's choice of light here but I'm worried the shipping will be killer too.

Whenever i start looking around i feel like my brain is melting. A lot a wild claims and conflicting info. I want something that is gonna give me what a 600W bulb is, but for half the running cost. I might be asking too much... I also can't go over £500.

What I just bought fits that description to a T. 600watt equivalent with half the power draw. 4 autocob kit from cobshop. He invented the autocob as I understand it. The other desirable major factor is a lower heat. Much lower than HID.

Day 30 with the Fantasmo x Stomper

She's growing with vigour now and hasn't seemed bothered in the slightest about the snapped stem. The stem i snapped has grown up to the main now and it's almost like she was topped. Due to the break I wasn't really able to perform the usual LST so I'm just letting her do her thing and only pulling down the sides to open her up a bit more. She'll be a big gal and I'd guess I'll end up needing to supercrop down the line but we'll see how she goes. I'm excited for this one!

Looks like she's right about to head into flower now too.

Lots of bud sites beginning to form all over her. Couldn't be happier with how she's recovered.
I think I may owe something to the first proper use of Great White, something I don't think I'll ever grow again without!
I've been feeding her pretty much full strength nutes throughout and she's taking it all without any sign of burn.

Day 66 for the Purple Strawb.

A few ambers appearing now so I'd say 2 more feeds and she'll go on flush for as long as she can take. 7-10 days hopefully.
I've got a bottle of Flawless Finish which I'll be trying for the first time, perhaps that will help in extending the flush duration.

My battery died so I don't have shots of the others but they're all around the same stage. The others are maybe a couple of days behind from the look of the trichomes.

Buds are looking heavier on the untopped purple SN btw... I reckon she'll yield a little better but the topped green pheno is an absolute frost factory.

They're all smelling amazing

Edit. Yours is 20 days ahead. I guess not as close as i thought...just jealous! she smells amazing huh.

Yeah, they smell great now. Not getting strawberry off her but a rather earthier kush type smell but still quite sweet. Not really as described but very nice never the less!
