New Grower Mephisto Strawberry Nuggets, 4 Assed Monkey & Fantasmo Express x Sour Stomper

Looking forward to following this one. Mephisto has some fine offerings that are definitely on my next shopping list. I never soak my seeds, but only because I could never get them to grow afterwards. They always sprouted though. I just plant mine with tweezers point down in a hole the size of a pencil eraser( my secret tool lol)

All three beans ready for their new homes :)

All three went into their new homes last night.

Pots are lined with clay balls and filled with a 70/30 coco/perlite mix which was soaked through with PHd tap water prior to planting. I placed them just beneath the surface as they had already grown a fairly long taproot.

The light is turned all the way down to 250w to keep things gentle at the stage.

I chucked some small glass tumblers on top to keep the humidity up and after a few hours one of the Strawberry Nuggets has already shot up and broken away from it's seed. They seem pretty eager to get going!

On another note, I think I'll splash out on some new smart pots next run, they're looking like they've had enough!

Be careful that the seedlings do not get too wet under those glasses or you risk damping off.

You think it's a better bet to leave them be and lose the glasses?
If the humidity in your tent is 50% or more up to 70% @ 78°F yes lose the glass otherwise it is a balancing act. I have used both wet rags and sonic vaporizers to get the humidity up in the grow space for seedlings, turn off the exhaust fan but not the wind fan.

Thanks for the input, yep I've got the exhaust fan off for now and just running a clip on for circulation. My temp/humidity reader has actually broken (something i discovered last night so too late to do anything about for now) I'll be picking one up this week though.
I mean, it feels pretty humid in there so i might take them off today and see how they're doing when i come back tonight after work.
