This mutant has become my favorite. I never topped an auto and I'm sure diggin it when mother nature does it, especially when it's done after the first shade leafs.
Should I remove the embryonic leafs and the first set of shade leafs and go for the lollipop effect? Also the little white dots isn't bites it's diatamacious earth I have a layer down in my room as a defense against my neighbors outdoor mite problem.
Cleaning up a few leaves around the bottom to keep them from getting wet and moldy is always a good idea. As far as lollipopping goes there's plenty of time for that down the road you might as well let them grow a bit.
Oh yeah, on that one that topped itself. You'll be very tempted at some point to spread those tops apart. I just can't tell you how many times I've split the plant right down the middle when I've done that. Only one time it didn't survive with little bit of duct tape. But it's best not to try pulling those out apart from each other.
Thanks jango, I was thinking about pulling them apart already but I didn't try it yet. I sure like the Coco coir mix seems to hold the moisture longer and giving the plants longer to absorb nutrients.
