Mephisto Genetics Mephisto Moments - Alien X Triangle & Heisenberg Special

Ive never done a scrog to be honest, im always moving stuff around so would not suit my style at all. May do in the future when everything is a bit more settled, or if I was just growing 1 or 2 different strains, prob would be easier to be honest and save me a lot of hassle.

Bonjour everybody, will post some pics at the weekend, not a great deal happening at the mo. Made some EM1 from rice and milk (lactobacillus rice wash), activated with some molasses and just fed these two with it, apparently this stuff works wonders on the soil and its eco-system, we shall see! you can foliar with it as well but just went for soil drench this time.

Latest pictures, had a bit of disaster and dropped my fan on the Alien X Triangle losing two branches, however I did manage to redeem one of them with a bit of sellotape! hopefully a big knot will now form. The Heinsenberg is now showing sex with the A x T still vegging along. Top dressed with some Alfalfa and some Eco-Thrive charge - Insect Frass.

Hopefully not long till the buds start to form, big hopes for the A x T, even though shes injured :smoking:

Alien x Triangle on the right in the Airpot and the Heisenberg Special on the left in the Root Pouch, both showing a nice structure. Just hope they get a bit bigger, not the biggest pots to be honest, but hoping for at least 1.5 - 2 zippers of each.

As a foliar it may also help to prevent mold due to the milk component, https://www.growveg.co.uk/guides/using-milk-to-prevent-powdery-mildew/

Its meant to be good as a foliar, will have to give it a go, thanks for the link Corgy. I made cheese as well from it lol. I had an absolute nightmare with PM from around October not last year the year before until April 2015. Touch wood, I havent had it yet this year, (hope im not tempting fate), It all started from a GodBud I grew, also dropped a school boy error with having wood in the tent. Going to give them spray with this EM1 mix later. Just in case ive shot myself in the foot now!

You should give aloe & coconut water a try as well. The aloe is similar to molasses, and the coconut feeds the plant a nice dose of Cal, Mag, and phosphorus. Just something you can consider :p

Ive got loads of organic amendments, the rock dust provides cal/mag and silica plus I also use calcified seaweed sometimes, they look pretty green to me at the moment so really dont want to go overboard with stuff, so easy just to keep adding stuff, gets addictive! I have been looking at Aloe recently though, good for plant resistance, also BioBizz as just released an Aloe product. The DNA/Mills Ultimate soil as quite a lot of stuff already in it. As long as they get what they need is the main thing. May try Aloe and Coconut in the future when I run out of my existing stuff. i actually think Rock Dust is the most important amendment, a lot of companies who produce organic soil would add rock dust but the shipping costs go up so much they cant. Plant Magic Soil Supreme is a fine example, the guy who previously ran the company said its the only thing he wishes he could add, just not economically viable.

That's good, personally I prefer to stay away from bottle nutes as much as possible because generally they cost more than the simple stuff :p Also apparently they work together in combination very well for rooting clones, as well as starting seeds in it.
