Hey All, Going to post a pics and a few comments through out the life of one Alien X Triangle and one Heisenberg Special.

They are currently in DNA/Mills Ultimate Soil with Cork, love this stuff, along the way I will be adding a few organic amendments like - Rockdust, Calcified Seaweed, Myco Fusion - Bio Jolt, Alfalfa Meal, Bat Guano, Neem Meal and the only bottled extra will be Terpinator, oh and maybe a bit of Delta 9 by Cannabiogen(great for resin production).

Here the first pics, not much going on at the mo, just a top dress of some calcified Seaweed and Alfalfa. Im south facing so thought Id whack them in conservatory for a few hours, lovely temp in there at the mo, surely a bit of natural sun can only be good, this tends to be my style of growing.

Have both of them going right now, along with an assload more autos.

I grew the alien x triangle during the fall, pretty fast pheno I had, beautiful aroma and look all around. The smell was very pungent & just all around was nice.

It would be more beneficial to scrog them, since you can't top these fucking plants...which is so damn aggravating...

Photo's > autos

I topped a Dinafem WW XXL and it worked out real well....I think it's a matter of timing and
when you want to take the recoup hit.

Great choice on the beans, Nudger ;)

Got these going myself...stinking up the garage as we speak.

Cheers all, I have grown both of these before and absolutely loved both, my Alien turned nearly black! the first Heinsenberg Special I did was only as a sort of a gap filler in between a couple of Photo's, so really didnt do her justice at all. Proper kicked myself afterwards though, the quality of the buds produced was top draw, lovely lime green and very very dense, like bullets even lol.

I normally take the very first leaves off the main stem instead of topping, I do top sometimes but like Trapper says timing is key. I have found this method kicks the secondarys into catching up with leading stem, ive done it on my FastBuds GSC and ended up with a very even canopy and loads more tops than normal, havent done it on these as yet.

Heres the Alien X Triangle, fed with a drop of fish emulsion and definitely loving the sun!

There's a member on here called @faded187 that has several journals and experience with topping, bud. Do a search for some his grows. Hope that helps!
I sure will man, thanks for that.
From personal experience, the autos I've topped, which were the AxT, done nothing but stunt it's growth.
Imo they're good for outdoor & veg rooms...maybe I'm just a photo fan lol
