Day 1:

Both girls have fully sprouted, it has officially begun! I removed the humidity dome jars over them and watered them along the outside border of the pot, about 400mls. Not too concerned about runoff yet since I'm sure taproot hasn't reached the bottom.

You can see another bucket in the tent, that's my wet vacuum for runoff.

Day 3:

Girls are getting around 500mls of rhizo water every day to wet the medium.

SS:

Her first leaves look kinda funky, maybe it was planted too shallow or something? It could also be the cause of why it stretched a lot, it's almost double the height of blue toof even though their lights are at the same distance. Either way I hope it grows out of it's funk soon.

We might have a freak on our hands. SS looks like she's growing three leaves at once, never seen a tri-leaf in person so that's kinda cool.

Do you just have Clay pebbles?

Your seedlings are looking like they are going to go down hill. If you are using 100% clay pebbles without a good root system and consistent watering, you will have trouble. Clay pebbles don't wick much at all. Did you wash them good? Pebbles are not good keeping a stable pH either. Good luck, slow

@slowandeasy Oh man, I was about to use perlite too but I don't like the dust it makes lol.... I did wash my pebbles really well though. I do know I'll have to water them more often than a coco hempy or perlite hempy. Welp, you live and you learn... let's hope for the best for these ladies!!

That's a brilliant idea! I may actually try that or coco pretty soon if SS doesn't turn out as planned.
