Indoor Mephisto GWK (Grape Walker Kush) & AvT (Alien vs Triangle)

Update Day 76 -

Happy to have reached this point, 2 of the 3 GWK's and the AvT will be cut in the coming days. The final GWK is 10-14 days behind.

Lovely looking flowers throughout, however, upon first impression I'm more partial to the frost filled GWK's. I'll follow up post-chop with some comprehensive individual plant pics and additional information in the coming days.

Solid my friend ..... :shooty:

Noticed you did same, as I, with temp gauge - hard to get those devils to stay on pole without some sort of support .....

Keep up the good Grows!

Peace,
OB

Amazing results with a great looking setup! I've come nowhere close to achieving those kinds of yields from a single plant. That said, DWC/hydro has always been perceived, by me, to add an unneeded layer of complexity.

I'm happy with my efficient little setup... ~1lb every 75-85 days off of 200 watts in a compact 2x4x4 tent is already far more than I can consume. I end up giving 3/4 of everything away to friends and family. But nothing quite like seeing the process through and pulling out fantastic quality flower.

Give a holler to @MrOldBoy if you're looking for a correct LOS grow - you can also see a little more here:

And this gem of a thread here:

A truly remarkable outcome from a great dude.

Anyways, I briefly checked out your thread earlier this morning - looks great. I'll join along, looking forward to seeing it progress and to our future conversations.

Cheers

Excellent post, thanks for this links I shall check them out. No doubt your results are phenomenal and with 200W even more impressive. I look forward to further discussion, I've got myself in a bit deep with stuff to do but I'm working my way through it. (my new vapexhale cloud evo is not helping), I've been quite disappointed to see so many DWC grows go belly up. So I've been working on a hydro set up that is as good as guaranteed success, impossible to go wrong.

I've just put up some photos on my thread for my latest design where I've pared everything down to the most basic minimalist perfection. This is the culmination of all my experience. It doesn't look like much, and there's nothing groundbreaking or especially new, but the entire package, is perfect. https://www.autoflower.org/threads/adventures-with-shallow-water-culture.71323/page-2#post-2114335

Update Day 78 - Harvest Day

2of3 GWK and 1 AvT were cut this evening, pictures and numbers below.

GWK wet weight = 790gr
AvT wet weight = 504gr

GWK quality flower to larf was close to 1:1.
AvT quality flower to larf was close to 2:1.

The AvT produced both larger buds and yields relative to the GWK's. Both flowers look great, GWK carries the more purple hues and is slightly denser.

The GWK's were a tedious trim while AvT was the opposite - large colas and little vegetative growth.

Everything's been separated and bagged for dry/cure, I'll follow up with additional updates and pictures.

really well done bro!
the quality of your yield is so impressive and all of the buds are the frostiest that i have seen in a while!
keep up the good work.

peace.

:slap::slap:

Thanks dude!

I was checking on the dry last night and decided to pull out one of my DP Glueberry buds just for a quick fun comparison. I know they've still got some dry and cure left in them but the GWK's are up against some tough competition.

Keep ya update with more pics and numbers in a few more days.
