Iv had that fan years has been on 24-7 the last year or so trust me you will burn though a few fans the clip on ones are the worst

first 3 i bought burnt out after a few weeks seem to have two good one now :smoking:

Key to a fans longevity is this...

I've got a couple fans that are basically zombies because of this stuff.
I buy the metal fans that cost $40-50 for the house, got tired of replacing them every year, I've now got 2 and 3 year old fans. Cheap way to save money. A cheap fan is just that, but you may get some extra life out of em with this stuff. I put some on when fans are coming out the box. Then every 6 to 8 months or as needed.
