DAY 26 - The Deez Nugs is going slowly but healthy i think. Seeing roots popping out of the bottom hole of the pot, i decided to activate the Autopot system just a few minutes ago. Nutes in tank are at 0.84 EC / 420 ppms (320 Mc1, 100 tap) at 6.0 pH and plan to let rise up to 6.4 before bringing back again to 6.0. Everything else continues the same way as last update.

It's day 35 for this Deez Nugs plant.

Did a bit of leaf tucking today. I have not trained this plant in any other way and for now i just plan to do some leaf-tucking every now and then.

Nutes are still the same... just MegaCrop 1-Part (version 1.0) at 330 ppms / 0.66 EC plus 100 ppm / 0.2 EC from the tap water. The pH had always been kept between 6.0 and 6.4 until three days ago when I brought the pH of the reservoir from 6.37 to 5.8 but I really didn't intend to go that low. Doesn't seem to have affected it much, though, and today the reservoir is at 5.94 pH while the almost empty tray sits at 6.12 pH.
It hasn't had any def symptoms other than cotyledons turning yellow about 4 days ago, and I feel she got ligther after the pH drop... but i think all the other older leaves have a dark green still so i guess nutrient wise she's doing fine... might increase the EC of the MC by just a bit at the end of this week to make sure she's not going to miss any during the stretch, but will have to see how she doing by then.

I took the chance to take some light measurements today also, which i hadn't done in a while. Light is still dimmed to 60 Watts and on a 18/6 sched. Right now the light is around 16 inches / 39 cm from the tallest top producing around 400 ppfd there and around 250 ppfd at the lowest leaf, for an aproximate DLI of 16-26.

I'd love to have more plants in there, but i still have to dial-in my RH during flowering... and actually, I only have one Autopot tray plus I started working more hours so I don't have that much time to be checking them or watering coco during flower.
And well... if I did put another plant in there it would have to be another small strain and I only had 1 Deez Nugs seed. I still have 1 White Chem seed and 1 24ctx3BOG seed, which are both supposed to be small strains so I plan to do a run with those two at the same time once I can manage two with out issues.
But last run with just one 24ctx3bog left me pretty satisfied and I still have lots of bud left from previous rounds... so as long as this single Deez Nugs plant gets healthy to harvest time and gives me nice tasting buds, I'll be satisfied. Fortunately I don't need that much bud so 1 medium/big plant, or 1 or max 2 small plants per run are usually more than enough for my needs.

RH for me is a problem. winter RH two rooms away from woodstove runs about20% . but my plants do well.
as they get larger, and fed larger amounts the RH will go up to about 40% . but drop until next feeding. i dont want to buy a humidefier.
i keep it cheap. KISS grower.
