Indoor Mephisto & AutoPots

Well it’s been awhile, had a run of bad health and was in the hospital last week.
Needless to say plants were at the back of my mind but things are coming around now.
I’m at harvest time now!
So here is some bud shots of the gals.
Yield was a bit low, no official numbers but overall for the first auto run I’m content enough.

Strawberry Nuggets was first to harvest, she grew weird; very tall with little pom pom buds but she should be a good smoke. Mostly dry in this picture, I am using the paper bag method to dry, love it :smoking:

Chemdogging [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG], decent but it was [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG] that I am harvesting now that is almost too sticky (if there is such a thing).

Grapey Walter, what an amazing stink she gives off! My favorite by far, can't even put my finger on it. Piney, purply smell if that makes any sense. Can't wait to smoke her, she also has some nice purple going on in her leaves.

It's hard to make this out, but it is a BUD growing on the leaf. This is the weirdest plant, and the second Grapey Walter (yet to harvest) is even more odd leaf wise.

Harvesting right now, Chemdogging [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG]. She is so sticky it's actually annoying, but in a good way. Gloves for sure and my scissors are constantly gumming up.
I will do a final update and wrap this journal up when I harvest the last Grapey Walter.

I'm OK, just very weak and tired, and had no urge to even post or chat I was so out of it. I'm slowly catching up on everyone's threads and updating all my stuff. Also getting my plants back up to speed in my absence, most survived but they were not happy.

Can't wait to run Mephisto gear again when I am done the current run of autos. Will do Walter White and Fantasamo Express next.

Gadamn!! Those look perfect! You probably still have that rubbery feel to your fingers from where the stickiness just wont wash off!! Awesome problem!!

Nice, I look forward to trying all these when they are dried and cured a little bit. All my hash is mixed unfortunately, unless I grow enough of one strain to separate it it all goes into one bag and frozen fresh.

I wear gloves as the sticky drives me nuts, but anytime I even touched that last Chemdogging it was SO greasy I had to clean my hands off. But I got enough to get a nice transdermal buzz :smoking: So I got a little rubber finger and rubber brain

Ok I’ll stop whining, things are bulking up nicely. They won’t finish in 75 days but I’m fine with that, as long as they get nice and chunky.
I’m hitting them a bit hard with the nutrients but in between I run water in the reservoir, gives them a break. I’ll be switching to Greenleaf next run as the organic base stuff is just too goopy. I purge the lines with a syringe but still messy.

Grapey Walter, weird leaves all have three blades, I defoliated her as she was soooo bushy. Check out the pic third down, ONE day after this, she filled right in and loved it.

Oh look at Chemdogging go, nutrient burn but the GW above? She’s a beast. Not one issue, I should remove her and hit her even harder. Even Chemdogging is huge compared to pics above, just a few days later.

Really nice grow going on in here! The three leaf anomalies you have are genetic mutations that occurred due to stress early which triggered the genes. I have it happen often, mine is usually when I don't get the lights correct or stress roots early.

The plants look good, taste is fine, but due to the structure and limited calyx development, she will fluff out or rice out as they say. It will still be good weed,but not dense at all. Be careful not to overdry this type of bud. It's easy to do because it will dry very fast compared to other weed.

Your plants look amazing though. From where you started to where you are now, the growth on both sides, you and the plants were impressive to follow. Great job, I look forward to seeing more of your work in the future. Mephisto has got some great strains, and each one is worth growing at least once.

Learn something new every day! The second Grapey has almost all three fingered leaves, and is very fluffy. I had a run with really cold nights that I could do nothing about, so all the plants were stressed. I ended up having to harvest late, and everything was stunted, so I look forward to a less stress grow next Meph run. (I have more seeds of Grapey, Chem and one Nugget left as well).

I have a photo journal as well, but I need to update it as well, it's been awhile. I love my photos but am becoming more charmed by autos; will always grow photos tho but I love that I can grow autos in the tent I use for vegging my photos. Bonus!

Beautiful nugs rivet grrl. I cant wait to hear hoa they smoke. I wanna know how they compare to your photos in potency yield and aroma. Nice work rivet grrl
