Indoor Mephisto & AutoPots

Now grow us some big girls!

:growing:

Crap of course it's vacuum not pressure, forgot that one :face:
Thank you for the reassurance as well! I have airdomes or stones in netpots in all of them so it keeps oxygen to the wet areas too, my plants were OK last time even with what "looked" like standing water.
I am building two harnesses today, and I got a syringe and several air pumps close by to blow it all out as well.
:slap: for your fast and great response Pop22 I can go set up the res right now :pass:

Well this round I think they may be a bit small but you know, I've been surprised before! It's my first run of auto's and first true only AutoPot grow so I'm learning a lot, and it's fun so Fk it right? :smoking::pass:

autopots don't grow monsters. The grower does. And the genetics. Autopots don't do anything for performance or quality or yield that can't be done manually. That is a myth. That everyone seems to buy in to.

I did a test recently and documented it on the ap board. Same genetics and same ap plastic pots. Sample A on the ap res. Sample B manually watered. My manual plants were bigger than my autopot plants. Autopots only give you automation. and automated watering does not make plants bigger compared to manual watering, unless the operator screws up.

i disagree i know the grower is needed to have some skill but ive grown well bigger fatter plants using autopots and ive hand watered plenty of times i use them for the ease of usage and if you have a good feed schedule you can make your life so much easier plus i was trying to show her the best height for her res

Your right, auto pots HELP us grow monsters by increasing our control of the plant's environment. And its not just the grower and the genetics. A garden is a system made up of all the variables involved, air, water, light, nutrients, humidity, the room or tent, and the gardener. Each variable including the gardener affects the outcome. Its the simplicity and functionality of auto pots that leads us to say, auto pots grow monsters. And if your doing everything right, you can assign credit wherever you wish!

That sounds subjective to me. You think its true but you can't actually prove it.

thanks pop that's what i sort of meant once you have all your other thing dialed in and @lunarman i can show you 8oz plants ive grown in the last 2 years on here in autopots

casual observation may lead you to believe that, however without the strict controls of a scientific experiment, your conclusion is only anecdotal. However, if you prefer to hand water then you've wasted money on auto pots. I'm skeptical of your results.
