MEGA CROP 2.0 750g free sample promo

The schedule posted above is fairly useless for anyone that Really schedule posted above is fairly useless for anyone that grows in soil. Soil growers tend to pay attention to pH not ppm.
Why don’t soil growers care about PPM? If we don’t pay attention to EC or PPM, you wont know how strong your mix is. I grown for about 45 years in soil and hydro, indoor and out, and the two most important meters I have are my EC/PPM meter and my pH meter.

Is your spreadsheet any different from the feeding calculator on their website?
If you go 1 gallon and 100% it should be the same as their calculator for 1 gallon. It is the source for the spreadsheet. I have made corrections to their suggested amounts in the past so there is a chance I made a change but I don't think so.The spreadsheet basically does the math to change the strength. I very seldom use full vendor strength in hydro.

Edit yes this version of the spreadsheet tappers the N in flower and boosts the P. this is the last iteration prior to adding NPK RAW products Early weeks will match GreenLeaf.

PS this is Mega Crop 1.0 so if you are runnung newer versions use less extra Cal-Mag - maybe none.

Yea, NO. ive been away from hydro since early last year, but in soil I’ve still been adding cal/mag or Epson salts to MC2.0. Might be all the photos I’ve been growing too. I’ve been feeding full strength since they were cloned. The current Gorilla Glue #4 photos I’m growing are at 5g per gallon plus sugar candy & bud explosion and they are begging for more. I have no doubt they will hit 6, maybe 7g a gallon before harvest. I’ve never gotten to 6 with autos. I did see in the formula coming out next week that it has more cal/mag in it.
  • Higher Magnesium (Mg) and Calcium (Ca). Yes, this was always a common request, and this should help prevent the requirement for any extra supplements especially for heavy feeding strains and growing conditions
I probably still have half a kilo of 2.0, so unless I donate it to a friend it might be a few more grows before I get the newest version

PS
I just purchased a chiller, so hopefully my hydro garden is coming back.

I used to really push my plants hard with House & Garden and I had some very good crops. I have gone the other way now and feed ~30% less overall but it is more directed with specifc nutrients to the growing stage the plant is in. My last grow never went over 800 PPMs and average ~ 600. All three strains are just FIRE, Top Shelf stuff. I used about $60 worth of Green Leaf and NPK Industries RAW products for 6 plants drip to waste. This compares to over $500 of the high digit brands I have used in the past.

If I went back to DWC I would need to chill three separate reservoirs at 15 gallons each or RDWC 60 gallons. I just cannot afford the system that can do that or have a space to put it .

I only grow 2-4 plants at a time indoors and all on the same res. I bought a used chiller that will allow me to grow hydro thru the summer, which will help with not having to grow anything outside to meet my needs. Growing outdoors here is a mold festival most of the time, it’s just too wet.

I’d highly recommend paying attention to PPM and PH levels no matter what medium you’re growing in! The only exception I can think of is unless you’re growing fully organic using only plain water. Listen to @Mañ'O'Green, he knows a thing or two about a thing or two, and that spreadsheet is well set up.

I appreciate you’ve been growing for 45 years. However I have never in my six years of growing stressed about EC/PPM. I do pay attention to PH. I have always used Biobizz nutrient line and have had very good results. My very first grow was coached on this website. My focus was to make sure my ph 6.5 and that’s what I’ve done since then. I’ve never had problems with nutrient burn or anything else doing what I do. I was looking to possibly change nutrient line as my autoflower garden has gotten quite a bit bigger and I’ve started my second outdoor photo grow. Biobizz has gotten somewhat cost prohibitive. I had run across Greenleaf products doing some research for a new nute line and hoped to find additional information here. This site has always been super supportive. I thought it still might be. Peace out

@retireandgrowpot I highly recommend Green Leaf products The new release of Mega Crop this month is even more specific to cannabis needs. A lot of growers never pay attention to PH/PPMs but they are mostly peeps with a lot of growing experience and have a "Feel" for what is good. I did not mean to sound like a bully. I help a lot of peeps that have never grown a thing in their life and they need all of the tools we can give them.

Hey any info on new formula? I had s bunch of the V1 and actually like it. But the Version 2 was not as consistent and those Calmag Chunks sucked. They weigh more than the powder and in small batches I didnt trust the consistency from jug to jug. I really like their Calmag and use it with my Coco plants still. But after my free sample of V2, I didnt want to purchase it. I wouls like to see what the changes are and will.snag a small.pack one it comes out. I will.say that V1 was by far the easiest and cheapest 1 part powder you could ask for and the results were pretty good. I feel.like my Mega Crop.plants vegged a week longer, but always packed on weight. I hope V3 is improved and the chunks are not there anymore. Any links to info on V3 appreciated. I will.check other threads now. Peace, slow

You’ll have to forgive me. I did come off fairly snarky on my last post. I have always measured my nutes in ml per gallon. Using a powder and the site calculator have me feeling like a complete newbie. I don’t have decades of experience but I have had very good success with my gardens over the last 6 years. I have always thought PPM/EC was used specifically in hydro and DWC. Please excuse my ignorance I really had no idea. Hopefully I can find a feeding schedule that’s grams per gallon. I guess that’s just the way my mind works. Thank you for your response it is much appreciated.
