Hi DB
Thats class man your buds are so fat the plant cant hold them up by herself anymore.
Im really love the beautiful colour of your plants dude. They look so healthy.
Thanks mate, I really appreciate that! They turned out pretty well, except for the parts that got fried by the light
I hiked up the light as far as it will go now. I probably should have done that earlier but it was just another inch.
Thanks man,
Yeah she was my last harvest, well part of my last harvest, I had another 3 in there all super cropped and really weighty. I. Might start a journal a bit later or on the next one for sure as I'm pretty busy in the evenings after work. But hay watch this space!! All the help is very much appreciated and welcomed all the same.
You can of course update your journal as often or as seldom as you like. I usually do weekly updates in flower but you can do every other week or once a month, whatever floats your boat.
I just finished watering the girls. The CBDK and NQ are on plain water and the Compassion is getting 1/5 bloom, 2/5 PK and cal-mag. I also exchanged the auxiliary lighting from 4x800 lumen 2700K bulbs to 4x1400 lumen 5700K daylight bulbs. I had planned to exchange the bulbs once I could get 50% more lumen for the same money, which is now possible. It also fits better with the macro ringlight I ordered, which is 5500K. I figured if I had different color light in the tent and on the camera I would need to switch the white balance depending on if it's a macro or the whole grow in the shot, which seemed really tedious. Another advantage is I can also shoot in the full auto mode since I don't need to manually white balance anymore, that should also open a few more options for different effects.
I'm really happy with the result as I'm now able to take freehand shots without blurriness. The shutter is down to 1/100 from 1/30-40. I got some nice bud shots of the CBD Kush. I have a feeling this one is even frostier than usual. It's super sticky and the smell is really awesome as well. Looking forward to trying it out.
Finally, I managed to tweak my AC + de-humidifier setup so that I can bring the humidity of the incoming air down to <40% from over 60%. I hope that's enough to save them from bud rot.
It's around 50% inside the tent just from the amount of foliage, I will shorten the veg time next grow in hopes of keeping them a bit smaller.
