Maybe overwatering??or not.

No need to send probe..lolol..na everything you say makes sense and im not totslly new..just been a while..i appericate all you advice.yes fan is kind of blowing on soil..i will let it dry out some more and explore other possibilities as suggested sirry if pain in the ass.lolol
Never a pain, lol. But I want you to see how what you're saying doesnt match up to what needs to happen, lol. For example.. You just said you will let it dry out more and then look for other causes... That's not the answer bro, lol. Who said it needs to dry out right now? That's what I mean about being in the "watering lane".. If the people driving in the watering lane can't add water, they won't do anything, lol. That's dangerous. Letting it dry out is the answer IF the soil is still moist at the middle and bottom of the pot! You haven't confirmed that on this post yet. What if it's dry? No need to Let it dry out right? Step one is to find a way to confirm if your soil is moist or dry at the root zone. If it is.. Let it dry a bit... If it's dry.. Give it water.

It looks like overwatering.. It sounds like overwatering.. It looks like soil compaction and sounds like soil compaction.. But you never mentioned what kind of soil it is, the drainage of it ect.. So we could be wrong.. You could have a soil with tons of perlite that drains quickly and dries fast.. That's why you are the only one who knows the real details. We can only give our opinions. You can actually shove your fist in the soil and know for sure.. My suggestions are all based on the whether the soil is moist or dry at root zone.. I've also suggested that it could be a light issue.. It may want more light.. I suggested raising the plant up higher for a few hours or lowering the light for a few hours to see if the plant reacts.. As far as room environment.. Try moving less air.. Which will raise the humidity.. Which will help the soil to not dry out as fast.. Maybe raise the speed/power of the exhaust to lower temps.. Trying those kind of things cost nothing, and hurt nothing. Im confident that you will get this figured out bro!

Heres some pics from later in day in pictures they had been in the livht for about 4 hours looked a little better..as i said before soil deep down kind of feels like it did out of bag..lowered light to 20 inches..temp is from 79 to 81 with humidity 40 to 60..very light brezze blowing undet and over the plants..still no water,lollol..kind of stuck on the temp have a 4 inch inline fan 195 cfm closet 2×4×8..using inline as passive intake pulling fresh air in and exhausting stale hot air out, temp indoors is 75 constant so i figured grow room should be that or a little hotter..so maybe im not moving enough air..any who heres some updated pics and hooe all is well...sorry so long

In soil at this age you want that pot to be dry before watering again. Let the plant tell you what it wants by waiting until the pot is dry. Then you know she’s drinking it up.

Look at like this.... your thirsty so you get a glass of water and you drink it.... no longer thirsty....now fill it up about 5 more times and drink it until your bladder is full and then fill it up again lol! She’s telling you how to please her you just need to listen to what she wants.

Some other tips try using less water and watering more frequently once dry and water around the plant not at the stalk.

She’s a small plant in a big pot and they take some time to establish roots and widen out. It’s hard to stay patient during this slower period but she wants to live I promise you and if you can figure out your watering schedule she will bounce back.
