Not bad shipping times at all, but some communication is needed. Phone number on the website was useless.

Is it possible that the tracking number email went into the junk box? Or the email address left on the order is wrong? Glad that you already received it. Yes, if we get the voice message from the customer, we will call time, just the time difference is a problem :smoking:
