This gives me hope in future EB grows. I chopped the big girl and the whole plant weighed over 10lbs and she's been in the dark for 2 days.
There is some good bud, she was still far from being optimal. I'll have some good smokeable bud, but there is going to be one hell of a lot of material to run and a hell of a lot of hash to harvest.
Jesus! I just clipped the best top colas and it over filled the trim box. It barely looks like I touched the girl. If something like this happens again, I might want to look into bubble bags. LOL!

I finished taking the buds I wanted. With no problems and paying more attention to "sucker" branches in training, HBSS will be a one pound girl in a EB. I put four paper bags of buds on the clothes rack to dry.
I have a little more to go on finishing up on taking the buds for fresh frozen dry ice hash. I have 3 one gallon bags in the freezer.............first one was REALLY stuffed and packed! LOL! I just kept stuffing and squeezing out the air. It's packed to the limit! The other two aren't so stuffed. The big one is gonna be harder to break up. I might try a hash run today.

Seems the freezer at the store bit the dust! Hopefully the other store will have some. I hope this is not a trend!

Well, after having two stores telling me they had dry ice and didn't, I found a little over $10 worth @$1,29 lb.

Now to the Bubble Bowl shake of HBSS!
I did learn a few things!
1. Don't pack the freezer bags!!!!!!! Especially with a REALLY sticky fresh frozen canna!
2. Fully break up said sticky buds! LOL!

HBSS had pretty big trichs. There was not a lot in the 120-90 size. The first shake in all the bowls was 1min 30 seconds. Second shake was until I saw a slight color change....about 3 min.
I kept the first shakes together. I'm just not picky enough to separate the two bowls. The first shake
I worked a good bit less than half and got 37g in the first shake and 68g in the pretty high quality second shake. Very pretty results!
I'm going to take the wet worked material and dry it on a few of my BBQ trays. I'm pretty sure there's lots left, so with my Ardent FX coming in I can decarb it and infuse it into probably coca butter.I do have some coconut oil too for some brownies I bought a french press to strain the oil today also. I found a black tray, like a plant pot tray, but with a smooth bottom. Great to shake into on the second shake.
If it's not strong enough, can you infuse oil that's already been infused?

Speaking of hash, we decided that 4/20 is a good hash day lol! So we just hit the Yocan with a big chunk of Blue Dragon hash in it! OGHHHHHH yeahh! 2 hits and I'm high, bordering on stoned! And damn I love the taste! I want some Double Grape just to make hash from!

Do you have the XL or the XL Plus? I was going to get the Plus, but the order went thru, charged my card and then they canceled it. Their system said there might be fraud. Probably from my VPN
I guess it was a good thing. They don't have a ceramic coil for the Plus.

I have the XL and love it!. Don't know if the XL plus has the cermaic donut coils or not, but i feel they are a must. I've had the same coil in it sine I bought it what, 2-3 months ago? so they hold up well compared to regular coils.
