Mephisto Genetics Mark SIP grow Toofless alien and gold glue

Wind burn can happen Mark so just like the mama, papa and baby bear story - 3 bears - The porridge has to be just right .... Growing is one big experiment, keep dialing it in!

Hope this helps - fast forward to about 24 minute mark - this guy talks about wicking - SIP Containers and raising worms and he, like I, discovered the SIP Container is ideal for raising worms - he also talked about earlier in the video about how far up moisture can wick and as I suspected and have learned the higher water has to wick the less it can wick - which is why SIP Containers such as the EarthBox are better than say a five gallon bucket ..... Anyways long video, so fast forward to about 24+ minutes!

I already got the good stuff for running drivers outta tent! I went to a wire selling company to get the correct stuff! Prob paid more than I needed to but wanted right kind ASAP and have 3 drivers to move outta the tents so got 100’ in red and black!

Dropped them fans too and when other 2 monkeys arrive I’ll have 1 per plant so can tune angle and speed to give em good flow but not too much that it burns em! And ya I got then2x4’s back before I moved em into the 4x4 cuz was a pain trying to just slip that lil plastic tray it comes with under em and then barely holds any water before it wants to bend and spill tray in floor when u go to empty it!

How’s this @slowandeasy lmao! I need to find 2 more for the other boxes but fits perfect into the feed tube to plug it between waterings! :woohoo1:

Cool brother! Keep those pests out of any potential entrances, especially where water is involvedm. They sre attracted to wetness and organic material, and will.seek out the weakest links. Unhealthy plants will harbor pests while healthy ones may not have any! I dont have room for 2x4s in my smaller tents, but it is a good idea to elevate them if possible. Helps with airflow and drainage. I actually woke up to our power out. It just came on for 15 min. Now it just went out as I type this! WTF? Im in the dark! Once the lights come back on I have to top Dress 6 plants and move 2 or 3 around. I also have to tske the cover cups off the 4 seedlings. Its officallly Day 1 for 2 Sour Crack F8s and 2 ICED GUSHERS! WOOT WOOT! Will start soaking 2 Passion Punch Tuesday. I need to spread out the seed starting a week. Then Purple Rolex #4 will be following Tuesday. Hopeing the power comes back on soon. Good work, slow

Mark you might be able to fashion some candy canes from strips of wire - cut to length and bend - if wire is a little light add some clothespins
to the hanging end as needed ..... also meant to comment - good job on housekeeping - super clean!

These ladies moving now and prob faster going forward cuz think I maybe got lil behind on keeping water full cuz juniors took almost a gallon each! I’ll start topping off every other day now til it seems like needs it daily! Def trucking and my ghetto tie down on has top half of plant pretty damn even already!

Saturday or Sunday I’ll top off the Oly compost n worm food and thinking to hell kick start microbes down at bottom may do compost extract for when I top off the water! Any other earthbox growers do anything similar or what?? Thanks :smoking:

Excellent job my friend - looking sweet .......

Right now you’ve got some nice big fat ones on the line, easy and don’t tighten that drag too tight - let them run a little .... or on other words, easy on adding to much as they are absolutely looking fantastic- less is more ..... I’m not saying don’t add any compost, you can almost never add too much compost - just avoid mounding up around the stem - with the Oly you can, if you like, add some ground fine washed egg shells - run the egg shells thru a fine screen after chopping - two things happen - 1. Some calcium may release and help in Bud stage 2. Helps worms digest food which is huge - they are making fertilizer for you ..... add 1/8 cup of super fine ground if you like but don’t substitute unless rock dust for digestive .....

One thing you might wannna consider is doing some leaf tucking - the 9” aluminum tent pegs work good for this task as I have posted earlier, simply hook the leaf and pull aside to allow more light to the lower bud sites ...... For an example I’ve put a pic of a pepper plant in training - Its developing more lower branches for more peppers ..... hope it gives you some ideas ....

Mark looking super - stay safe all .....

Peace,
MOB
