Diet Wise Coconut Banana Cookies
Heres a good recipe for those with specific diets n such.I have other Honey based Recipes ill add over the next little while.
1 Cup pitted dates
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup cannabis coconut oil,softened.
1Tablespoon Vanilla
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 teaspoon salt
a few small ripe bananas
Optional 1 tablespoon cinnamon for added flavor.
optional coating of coconut ,sesame seeds or ground nuts.
prep time 20 min
bake at 350F/177C for a sheet of 12 cookies 12-15 minutes per batch.
yield 2 dozen=1 teaspoon oil per cookie=medium dose.

Honey Oatmeal Cookies:
1 cup Pot Butter at room temp.
2 1/2 cups Honey
5 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour.(imo make yer own Kief flour to use)
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
7 1/2 cups of quick oats
1 cup of any of the following if ya'd like:
chopped dates,figs,apples,carrots,raisins,currants,chocolate chips,nuts and/or seeds.
prep 30 min.
Bake at 350f/177c Bake 5 at a time,10-12 minute per batch.
yield:5 dozen cookies,each with a lil less than 1 teaspoon of butter-medium dose.

Honey Pumpkin Bread:
2 1/2 cups Honey
1 cup Pot butter or Oil
3 cups Pumpkin puree
2 cups chopped dates
2 cups chopped walnuts
2 teaspoons sea salt,or Kosher salt'll work fine too
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground cloves
2 teaspoons baking soda
4 cups unbleached white flour
5 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup wheat germ
grease 4 large or 5-6 medium loaf pans.
Bake for an hour or until done.cool 20 minutes prior to putting on cooling rack.mix wet first then stir in dry flours n such."AFN smoke out"
