Try downloading again. I works fine for me.

Once i changed file name ending from txt to .xlsx it then worked

No. This spreadsheet allows you to change the NPK ratios and keep everything in balance. The goal is to have high nitrogen in veg add a PK boost in transition and limit nitrogen in flower. For a nutrient schedule this is what I will be running next. Plug the weekly numbers into the spreadsheet to see how I made the adjustments.
