New Grower Lucy's Very First Grow - Ak48 auto in soil LED

That's what I did. Last night I cut a chubby bud the size of 2 golfballs and hung it over night. Tonight I didn't dry it in the oven, I just put it green into the vaporizer, cranked it up and vaped a good ten long draws. I got a buzz but it wan't potent and it still has that racey paranoid inducing head buzz that it had a little over a week ago. Very sticky though and smells great. I don't need super potent weed but this not acceptable either. I hope it gets better.

I don't need an ounce of that cluttering up my cabinets.

Day 83

Just playing the waiting game here and battling crazy humidity swings. The dehumidifier did a great job last week but then the humidity went way low outside so now it's a bit low.

Stinky still isn't ready. She's busy with all this foxtailing It would be cool if she was ready on Thanksgiving .... on so many levels. Having a harvest on that day, having a 4 day weekend to do some trimming and just the whole holiday symbolism of bountiful crops. I like it. I'm whispering in her foxtailed ears right now;
" enough with churning out new pistils and brand new shiny trichomes, it's time to put the goods on momma's table for the holiday" We'll see. I'm glad I kept feeding her the bloom nutes now.

The variegated plant is doing well. She lost her big fans but still has a slew of small fans. She benefited from my mistakes with Stinky. She's been getting plenty of bloom nutes since early in flowering and tho she is 2-3 weeks behind stinky in overall development she is doing a great job of churning out long well formed buds. They just need another month to fill out.

Day 86 and Stinky gurl is ready but I'm a little busy. I tried a bud clipping green in the vaporizer tonight and it was AMAZING. Very potent (caught me by surprise) I couldn't move for a couple hours lol. But more importantly it felt great. I found myself smiling warmly for a long time.

I am THRILLED!!

Thanks to everyone here that kept me from killing her or taking her too early. She's still packing on weight in the buds so no hurry I think. I really like the buzz just as it is tho. A few more days of no nutes would be better too.

LOL you got the bug now.Just read through. You did Great. Got a little hype but stayed the coarse and now the runt is the winner LOL Happens. As far as stable genetics It depends on the breeder. Some like to leave pheno hunting in for different meds and you can choose what to breed with for more of the type you like. Some have it locked down. just depends if its a F1 or f7 or inbreed. You almost stooped feeding too early . Transition from veg to flower can be bumpy. Led need a bit more cal/mag getting that right is Key for uptake.But you should have some fat sticks. Racy meth type high is what you get from a fresh bud. after a few days of cure it looses that rush type high dont worry.

Thanks It might be the best but I need to try it again, tomorrow because sometimes when I change strains the first time only I get wrecked. The white widow a friend gave me did that to me the first time. If the effects are this strong next time then yeah, possibly the best I've had.

I am really happy with it and my vaporizer handles green weed right off the vine so I am set already.

I am looking forward to doing the last steps, especially the trimming. I'm going to have to do the dry outside the tent so my house will be filled with her spirit for Thanksgiving

And you know me @davisgirl There will be ridiculous amounts of photos of the big event

Nicely done. I like sleepy weed so I tend to let mine go longer, plus most breeders tend to shoot low on their finish times. Good things are worth waiting for, as you can see.

@davisgirl I use a Silver Surfer SSV. It isn't portable but I don't vape on the go so it's perfect for me. I've had it for 8 years.
