New Grower LST while flowering?

Hi Boikola,
Why would you stop? Bend em tuck tie em. Till you get the plant you want for your application.

Hi Stepside, thanks for replying. I was thinking that the flowers/buds should always be in vertical position but I guess the stem will continue to grow and the tip will find the vertical after a few hours/days with or without flower.

Oh yeah open em up and you'll be surprised

Is there any time with an Auto when its too late to LST? I have one (#1 in my journal) at approx. 37 days, preflower forming but I'm running out of room with trying to keep my light at least 10" above her. She's grown another 3" since last pic, Fri! This will most definitely be an issue assuming they keep 'growing' through flower phase.

<don't mean to hijack the thread but it relates>

Idk exactly with autos. But I'd say if its still growing up tie it down. The more you open em up the more bud sites get light

I agree with you stepside. I am just concerned that since she is starting her flower phase, that I might slow her down. I will probably do a little bondage with her after I get home anyway.

It will def slow down vertical growth but that's what you're looking for

LOL...yeah.... I meant to say....'slowing down her 'budding'.
(been a long day already)

Thanks for the comments.

i LST throughout the grow never encountered anything negative about it. It its low stress training, not stressing the plant out much. should b a-ok
