LST advice

Like @Irlee Vibez suggests, never too Irlee, I mean early.
Should I put a tie on the stem too like the pic you showed me. Since I tied them down this morning they already shifted towards the light and started to straighten back up how often should I tie them down like that?

I’m wondering if it was too early to start training these I only picked the 2 that where growing the Bart out of the batch they broke the ground on 3/25/2020 any advice is greatly appreciated View attachment 1178065View attachment 1178066View attachment 1178067View attachment 1178068
It's your grow so whenever you want is ok if she is big enough. I have to ask why you want to lst her already? I would let her get a little bigger 1st just to make sure she could handle it. If you had more soil/coco whatever in container then would make more sense. She looks like she is kinda in the pot a little, airflow will be effected.

I had the containers filled to the top originally but transplanted them into the 5 gallon pots without soaking the soil first so when I did give the first heavy watering it all sunk. And the reason for the LST is I’m running a 48x24x60 inch tent this is my first time growing autos and my first time actually interacting with plants besides growing them under a lamp a short amount of time then hiding them out in a field somewhere. The seeds came from ILGM they are white widows I’ve read that some plant are short and some exceed the breeders strain info.

Your good bud, I have same size tent you can get a couple monsters in there no worries. Yeah, that happens sometimes. I put hydroton on top kinda like mulch. Let her grow some then start tying her down. I believe Mephisto dosen't start until like day 21 so let them grow some wont hurt lol.

I don't want to hijack a thread, and I don't want to start another (I have enough active threads)...
I'm trying "something" this grow, my first 2 grows I did nothing except remove some leaves later on...
First time doing anything so not sure exactly where I'm going with this or what I should do next...
Leave the leaves for now... Cut some... Move branches... Cut branches...?? Leave it alone...??

I use equal and opposite tension in the beginning and keep tying down to expose bud sites as everything comes back to the light and bushes out.

since I tied them down this morning they have started to curve back and the top leaves grew a bit more I feel like it can handle it but I may be wrong

That's what you want bud. I have an addiction to training lol. The more anal about it the better. I start tying stuff down and next thing I know it's been 45 mins. Good luck bud.
