I got a fantastic reply from Herbies. They acknowledged quality issues with Lowlife Seeds and they plan to not replenish their Lowlife inventory until Lowlife improves quality. Herbies knows that many of the Lowlife "souvenir seeds" are "not collectible."
Herbies offered to send me a complimentary 5-pack of Lowryder Easy Ryder Auto Fems. Of course I accepted this very fair offer. This is great customer service from Herbies and once those new seeds arrive and prove they are "collectible," I'll be super happy. But until then, I'm very happy and impressed with Herbies prompt, honest response and willingness to make things right for me. I'll continue to buy from them again and again. I surely will not order Lowlife seeds anytime soon.
