Indoor Looks miserable

Im pretty sure there is nothing that you did wrong to cause this, as well as nothing you could have done to prevent it. Some seeds are just mutants, or sickly, or off in some way. This looks to be one of those type of seedlings. The feed you described giving it doesn't has any npk values so that's not the issue.. It may grow out if it, it may not. It's hard to say. But I would keep doing exactly what you're doing and let it grow out a little more. Some plants outgrow the problems they had as seedlings.

And that 7.2 ph you posted.. Is that the soil ph or the ph of your feed/water?

Hey @Prophetiko
I Raised the lights abit(about 6cm) and put a plastic cup to act as a dome as @HonestGR
suggested.

That is the PH of the water coming straight out of the RO membrane. I used plain RO water for the first 9 days and then added a pinch of RootJuice and BioHeaven, the ph dropped to 4.8 but still fed anyway.

Got it. That 4.8 ph shouldn't be too bad for one feed of macros/micros. It wouldn't have caused what you're seeing. Sounds like you will need a way to raise your ph after you add the nutes in the future. Either organically or with ph up.

Either organically or with ph up.
I will try to oxygenate the water after I add the nutes using an aquarium airpump, maybe then I can feed two birds with one scone, first the solution would be rich of oxygen and since oxygen is more basic therefore, it would raise the pH of the solution, if not, my second resort would be baking soda but that would shoot TDS PPM values up like crazy so I still have no clue. My last resort would be to use chem pH solutions since ive searched everywhere for a store bought organic pH up and ended up empty handed.

Plain RO? That may be it. RO needs to be remineralized if your going to use it without nutrients. Plain RO is also very difficult to get a pH on. Should be neutral at 7 given low to no ppm.

When I'm just watering between feeds, or new starts, 25% tap to 75% RO. Otherwise the empty RO water will strip minerals out of your medium.

I can't run the standard cal/mags. It reacts with the above nute line and makes rock. And I don't have chloramine here, just too much sodium, so dilution works.

But yes, using a little calmg will work fine.

Problem: Hello, I germinated this seed on the 17th and planted it on the 19th, for some reason that I don't know about it seems like the small right fan leave is being "eaten" away, there's a bit of white on the sides and the first set of untrue leaves seem to curl up and I noticed today that it's beginning to wrinkle with these brownish spots. Also its incredibly unsymmetrical.
-Medium/grow method: Johnny Green Soil، composed of Soil, perlite and organic matter.
-Feed and supplements used: Biobizz. Gave it first feed of Root Juice 1ml and Bio Heaven 0.5ml on 600ml of RO Water, PH went down to 4.8 but still fed anyway on the course of 3 days.
-Water source: RO water, TDS is about 20 ppm. reached 220ppm with nutes.
-Strain and age: Mandarin Haze from Ministry of Cannabis, Age: about 11 days in soil. seedling height is about 4 cm.
-Climate: About 77F during daytime and 74F during lights out. RH is kept at the range of 61%-67% using a monitor alongside a humidifier and dehumidifier.
- Light used: LED 300w (P300 from PlatinumLed) Veg switch only Kept at 29 Inches from the soil, Light Cycle is at 20/4
-Additional info: The plant suffered from "Helmet Head" for 2 days and then the problem somehow solved itself which means I didn't interfere.
Johnny Green Soil، composed of Soil, perlite and organic matter = totally unknown nutrient content or does it have a guaranteed analysis? Feeding 4.8 PH nutrients is causing all manor of lock-out. Feed soil at 6.5-6.7 PH range. You need to get a good soil PH probe like an Accurate 8 or Blue Lab soil probe. You need to know what the PH is in the root zone where it counts.
