Yea, I hear that re: the constitution. Oregon is pretty different from here, though, climate wise. But, I think it's wayyyyy cooler culture wise. Nothin' against my great ol' state, but the pacNW is where it's at.

excess bud is not regulated, it can be donated to dispensaries, donated to other patients, other caregivers, or kept by the patients or caregivers that produced it. it is illegal to sell it however a person can "gift" it to a patient or caregiver after receiving a "donation" to the caregiver or patient to help produce more. in some states the excess is only allowed to be donated to a dispensary for free and not kept by the patient or caregivers, this promotes a large black market being created for sale of the excess medicine. this is not the case in AZ as patients can legally acquire it from other patients in the form of gifts. Donations vary greatly atm as the market is still being created and with the quality of the medicine

Okay now im really confused....Who would give it away to a dispenserie so they can make money off of it, thought they where there to buy ur stuff...And what states make YOU give it away???????//

Maine. You can't "sell" to another caregiver or dispensary. You can only donate without getting anything of significance in return. You can sell it to your patients, just not dispensaries or other caregivers.
