Grow Room Looking for oscillating pole fans?

Yeah I really like the 12”. I also run it on low.

I’ve never used any of their other fans. I have some Comfort Zone 6” fans in my 4x2 that are pretty shitty. But they work I guess. At least until those plants are ready for the 4x4.

My favorite small fans are the little Honeywell air circulator 8”. They don’t oscillate, but they kick ass and are $15. I should ask Ramblin Man if he could devise a mount.
Never had a honeywell last more than 6 months. Never took them apart and tried to oil them. Finally threw them out

I would go with a Holmes Blizard mini and get a clap for it. Personally, i use towers whenever possible.

Im pretty sure you get 2 sized poll clips
I forget what the small size clip was, but the maximum size in the listing was 13/16, my 22mm is very close to 7/8. I'd hate to try and force something to fit. But what actually made me shy away was the reviews on amazon about fans dying within weeks.

That is my #1 choice at this point. I am using a tower fan that is only 10 days old and it already started making clicking sounds after only a week of use. Unfortunately for me I got it at Lowes and the wife threw out the box and receipt.

They all suck. Made in China crap. Back in the day, Airkings were great fans and all you had to do is drill a little hole in them to oil them. They would last a long time. They were more of a nylon-like plastic. Now it is just a crapshoot. I have a Panasonic 12 inch table fan that is 30 years old and it still works perfectly. I think from now on the thing to do is buy it a big-box store with an easygoing return policy and return it when it quits working. I have two towers that are about 6months old that are still working perfectly. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I knew when I first starting seeing Gears made out of plastic that the world was doomed. China cant get every penny we have if the stuff lasted, its junk by design.

Weird. Mine’s lasted forever. I usually use them on the floor pointing up into the canopy. These ones…

Exactly, but mine were black. I used them in the basement during the summer to even out the humidity so maybe May till October. 1 gave out before the end of the season and the other would not run the next season.

Wow. Mine has lasted a good while.

on another note, Ive got a vornado pedestal fan that’s been going for about 10 years. That’s in the house though.

On ANOTHER note. Anyone tried hanging one of those dual fan, window fans in their tent? Like these…

if I was you id buy yourself a bigger fan and try and mount it some way as these small ones do crap out very early and with the bigger fans some folks put them on the roof bars
