I am looking for a higher CBD strain, I am going to be making this into an oil to take daily. I am not interested in the THC high, as I won't be smoking tthis. Thanks.

Hi Cpinks :)

Me too there! I have a 20 to 1 ratio strain that has 4% CBD and less than .2% THC. It's a very hardy plant and a real joy to grow. It's called "Finola' (Fin-314) and is a pure Russian Ruderalis without any THC strains bred into it. It's THE most documented and studied strain of Cannabis in the world. It comes with a very stable time table which all of mine are on perfect track with. Yesterday was day 25 and just as it said it began to flower. I have two females and appears the heartiest of the three is a Boy! Yay!

by day 100 they are fully mature seeds and would be happy to send you some. I am also planning on obtaining a super high CBD strain called "AC/DC" which is around 25% CBD and less than .3% THC which I intend on breeding them together to get a High CBD/low THC Autoflower for the same purposes as you.

If everything goes well as planned, it's possible to have the AC/DC clones pollinated for seed production in a few months. Both my "Finola" and the "AC/DC" are so very low in THC that you couldn't get high off them if you tried! :) I don't want to breed any Autoflowers that contain any levels of THC mainly because I intend on sharing it with parents who need it for their children who suffer from severe seizures.

Right now I am in the very beginning stages and am a novice as well but have many very experienced old school growers to help me with this task. I will NOT be selling any of the regular seeds! They will be free of charge and wish to get as many seeds out to others like us so that they are no longer so hard to come by or expensive.

The strain I am using was purchased from "Old School Growers" seed bank sold as "Victory Autoflowering Industrial Hemp" It's just relabled "Finola" and is a Russian Ruderalis and the same strain than Sensiseeds used many years ago to create their "Russian Ruderalis x Indica" and "Russian Ruderalis x Skunk #1". But this is just the "Russian Ruderalis" before being hybridized with a THC strain of Indica or Sativa. With this strain you won't ever have to worry about any THC popping up in the mix down the road since it has NEVER had any bred into it. :)

Nutritionally it's off the charts too! It's a really Amazing plant and I really want to thank the Breeders Dr Jace Callaway and his Partner "Skunkman" for saving this very rare Russian Ruderalis from extinction and all their work to make it the most amazing Plant that it has now become! *hats off*.

Would love to share all the research I have done on the very task that you just asked in here. I too am looking for the same things since I suffer from crippling seizures caused by childhood PTSD and avoid THC when I am able. CBD's have been the only effective treatment of my seizures and is very healing for my PTSD.

Cheers

Would love to get some of these seeds sent to Australia but can't find the seeds bank you speak of, do you have a link?

sure thing sorry about the lack of link...

They are actually "Finola" seeds which are the most common Industrial hemp cultivar grown for hemp oil or seeds. If you can buy hemp oil or hemp seeds in the grocery store this is the strain that produces them. They are NOT Sativa but Cannabis Ruderalis. Fin-314 is the official breeding name and Finola is the trade name.

I searched high and low for a true Ruderalis without any THC strains bred into it!

Industrial Hemp is always Cannabis Sativa since historically it's mainly been grown for fiber. I only stumbled across "Finola" doing research on Industrial hemp and running across the seed bank in BC that was selling an Autoflower Industrial Hemp. The more research I did the more I came to realize that almost ALL Industrial Hemp these days that are grown for Seed stock and Oils are now a Variety of Finola. In fact where I live in Southern Oregon where Marijuana is now legal for recreational use and has been for Medical use for some time has also legalized Industrial Hemp again too. What is so very Ironic is now the Dope Growers who still have "Legalize Hemp" bumper stickers on their trucks are now trying to get Hemp Banned since they fear it pollinating their "Medical" crops! lol These are the very same dreadlocked patchouli wearing tye-dyed hippies that only wear Hemp clothing!!! Two of our county commissioners obtained legal license to grow "Hemp" for livestock feed on their 20 acres out in the very same valley that has been the home of "Williams Wonder" for the past 40 years among other strains.

I went to so much trouble to try and find a true Ruderalis and it was being grown right under my nose by two of our County Commissioners all along! Ugg! where I had waited a month to get 11 seeds for 44$ I could of bought a pound for 10$ or just be given it!

"Finola" is the official trade name of the original strain but there have been many off springs that go by other names. I know that Hemp is now being Grown in New Zealand and possibly Finola is grown in the south Island where it is beyond the 40th latitude. It's the main crop in Canada as well as Northern European countries now do to how hardy it is.

If law permits you may have much better luck getting far more seeds for far less from an actual Hemp Farmer or a Hemp seed supplier than from a Marijuana seed bank. They purchase seeds by the pallet and spill far more seed without a thought due to the low price of it then these high end seed banks. The seed banks are just buying lots of Industrial hemp seed and changing the name to "Tranquil Sandal" and charging an arm an a leg for it.

Another thing to keep in mind is that "Ditch weed" such as feral industrial hemp or Ruderalis are very very high in CBD due to natures breeding and also very low in THC for the same reasons. "Nebraska Ditch Weed" seeds would sell for a fortune now on the seed market for it's high CBD and Low THC content. You couldn't pay anyone to take this stuff ten years ago! Now it's the most expensive Cannabis product on the Market! I guess they always charge more for "Diet" stuff! lol :)

I have to chuckle at the realization that I am writing about a pure Ruderalis in an Autoflower forum and explaining that a "Russian Ruderalis" is being grown in the very same small valley that is the Home of "Williams Wonder" which is the second parent to all of the very same strains that makes up 99.999% of the strains in this very site! The JointDoctor's Low Ryder strains! It's just very Ironic that the Williams Valley Growers are trying to ban a Ruderalis strain in fear it will Pollute" their Now legal "Medicine" where it was highly illegal two months ago!

Trust me I LOVE "Willy's Wonder" myself and would be the first to grow it myself besides me "Lil" Rudey" strains. I have a "Jeager" which has been grown in my water shed since it was hand transported from deep in the mountains of Afghanistan back in the early 70's. My Boy (I hope) is from seed from the original breeder and you cannot get seeds of it and are lucky to get clones. There is no other strain on the market of it. It's been grown here gorilla style up in the mountain forests in holes fed only water and Madrona or Manzanita leaves for over 40 years and is now a land race. It's a steller example of the purple phenotype of pure Afgani with flavors and smells of black licorice. It's very popular here for it's very high THC levels and tasty smoke. It's as tough and hardy as the Afgani's that have been growing it for centuries deep in the remote mountain regions from where it came. And in the past 40 years it's not been babied or given any fancy soils or fertilizers and yet grows like no tomorrow! Just dig a hole in a really rocky mountain side, shove some Manzanita duff in the hole and pipe some water down from a hand dug seap and enjoy the best smoke at harvest! (but be sure to keep the black plastic water lines patched from the black bears chewing on them to get water! lol)

Thanks for the links, I am checking them out now. I am seriously new to this, so is "finola" made to produce seeds only ? Are they feminized? From one of the links of the life cycle male female are together, but if I don't let a male pollinate the female, by removing him when Identified will the female just produce the flower/bud, that I can use to make OIL from? I am really liking the high CBD and low THC levels. I am trying to grow this for myself as the CBD oil I currently purchase has become quite an expense.

This is the auto victory hemp I'm growing but it smells real good I'm not sure if it really is hemp.
