Longest growing autoflower?

I try to defoliate mostly in veg or early flower. Don't like to stress to much during flower. Not down with turning my plants hermie.

Thanks! After my defoliation, she has grown a lot! I’m glad I did a little. Not a ton. I didn’t want to slow her growth, but it looks like what I did really made her shoot up more! Amazing!

In DWC I’ve had several over 100 days, but produce very well.

I think there is definitely a point of diminishing returns.

I sssume if you ran 1 gallon pots with perfect VPD and DLI and 24/7 light breeders estimated would be fairly accurate. Along with most of the times usually they post the usual 9 plant scrog yield. So I always assumed this is how they run their plants.

Autos are s different grower. If you are and grower dealer and need pounds of weed and don’t care about the law then 100 clones and barn full of the same strain all needing to be harvested at the same time then photo away.
I find auto and the people that grow them to be a much more appreciative and in tune with the growing process. The general tone of this site as opposed to the calling out found on most other sites speaks volumes to this. AFN is for medical and connoisseur growers that enjoy a variety of strains in a perpetual grow environment.

The Diesel Berry Auto im growing is 101 days old and still going. Lol why I was thinking if going back to photos. Takes me just as long for photos and I can still have different strains in the garden, and get new if I don't like the ones i have. I gave autos a try cuz I heard 2 to 3 month harvest time blah blah blah. Yeah that's not the case in DWC hydro I learned quick

Quality, potency, and flavor are getting up there with photos now.

Sometimes I miss choosing when to initiate bloom, and therefore have more control over when to harvest and I think it could be quicker than some of the autos I have grown.

That said, the flexibility of growing autos is great and aside from the excitement of trying a strain, I am not in a hurry.

i don't start the clock for like 8 to 10 days after germination and the finishing times are about right. for Mephisto strains anyway. Mephisto states 70 to 80 for most of their stuff and if you leave out germ/seedling time it's more accurate imo.

Everyone who is curious, I do have a grow journal, and I just updated it. Haha. It’s too much work to post how big she has gotten but trust me, she’s gotten way bigger!

My broken GCS Tangerine Dream Non-auto is rounding 128 days and is over 5' tall... pretty safe to say she's not a stable auto, but her sister finished in about 100days give or take 7days for germ / seedling.
