bro! it's better not to bend the stems like thet! Just bend them without compressing the stem's lymph flow! The bending should be more gentle, without hearing the stem crack. We suggest you to check some LST related posts to see the best way to do it. Thank you! Keep rocking this room!

Thanks for the advice @fastbuds,but I've supercropped stems like this lots of times,and they turn out fine.
But I will bare your information in mind,who am I to tell fastbuds to suck eggs lol.

waay look what i found : ) sapnin man. the photo thing. you gotta take your photos in landscape and theyll turn the right way round when you post them. took me a while to suss that one out like. your gardens lookin sweet though man. im with you on the training aswell. obviously some strains cope better with it. maybe go lighter on faster finishers to avoid any stunting but ive absolutely abused my a/u. was literally fisting them for a few weeks during the massively overgrown phase. the one on the left i snapped right down the middle after topping and taped it back together. probably chopped off about 20 shopping bags worth of leaves and around 20 colas that were in my way. the more i abuse the better they respond. never seen anyone supercrop an auto though. you tried it on them yet or just on the photos?

Ahh nice one for popping in mate.and cheers for the advice on the pics,I'll see him f I can suss it out lol.yeahnive supercropped autos quite a few times,and all have been fine,I only tied her down for a cpl of days,so the other shoots could catch up with the main cola...and they have,she'll be fine,you see how she is come chop mukka.i agree that some strains maybe more sensitive to training,but all the autos I've grown have been fastbuds,and they've responded really well to s/cropping etc.man you got some serious big assed plants going on.and they obviously love a bit of bondage eh lol.

aye they love it like. reckon ill manage to get each plant not far from that total size next run. didnt have enough space this time and it all went a bit wrong. just realised dutch passion do a strawberry cough aswell so im gonna get some of them and mix one with an a/u. try make a super size strawberry cough : ) thatd be cool. never tried the supercropping as figured itd be a bit intense for an auto. might have a play about with it next time and see what happens though. might aswell get the experiments out the way in the first few crops while im finding my feet eh : )

tip on the pics that might help, my phone does the same... before posting take the pic into some form of editing app. In there you should be able to rotate your pic. Spin it 360 then save it again and post that (there is a free photoshop app for phones that does it). This is what I have to do if i want to skip photoshop on my laptop. Mind you I never upload any pics from my phone.

The ones you doing now look pretty big to me man lol.never tried strawberry cough,heard it supposed to be nice though.have you tried their auto Colorado cookies?? If it's anything near fastbuds Girl Scout cookies,your onto a winner...lovely taste and smell,I can't get enough of it lol.yeah go ahead and experiment with ya plants,I love messing about with mine,they all come good in the end bro

Goodluck in your quest for the 500g plant mate,that would be truly awesome lol.on the cookies,I'm not sure if they taste like cookies? Girl Scout cookies is an American thing,so never tasted them,but the taste and smell is sweet...very moorish.thats a good question man,do they purposely make the strain to taste that way,or just coincidence,that's the million dollar question right there my friend lol.

can more or less get away with one or 2 plants these days so it makes sense to just learn how to grow monsters. i can just about do a rubix cube without lookin at it so if i can learn that i can learn this. thats my logic anyway we'll see how it pans out lol.
