I Hope all of you have done your Friday Worship to the Great Ganja Goddess......Keep the Faith....

The water hasn't come on for us..so we have come Home for a cool down..it is 1.45 pm and we are 35.8 'C..in the Shade..

Work has become a split shift..down before 7.30 am..work until 11 am then home for a few hours to cool down....

I could do with a good soak in the sea but it will be Manic down there now..we are in full holiday season.

I don't like to inflict my blubber on a full beach incase someone tries to harpoon me.....I'd never dare buy a grey swimming cozzie..

but as my is daughter only 3 at this time i still got the next 10+ years of her life to install fear into any lads she makes contact with from now to then.

Oh I'd start Practicing a few years sooner than that Spanglish..I was reading today that Spain has just increased the legal age of MARRIAGE from 14 to 16 years.....they could get married at 14..they're hardly even out of nappies...

If I Ruled the World..I'd temporarily sterilise all the kids until they were 30 and say no kids..no marriage..no mortgages until you are Over 30..just get out there and have FUN while you are Young..

Not got space for many veggies in the city on my terrace, my Habaneros from last year got killed over the winter by me leaving it to late to bring them in, so all we got for now gifted from a friend is one cherry tomato and one pepper/chilli (he has both growing and was not to sure what he gave me).

Also got one unpictured wild strawberry that i started from seed this year but wont be expecting anything from that till next year.

The rest are not fruits or veggies but i took some pics of them yesterday so though i would post them up, they are all cacti and succulents from a friend in Murcia who sells them at San Javier market.

Before we come to Spain hubby had chronic acid reflux from a hiatus hernia..and drinking every evening..
He went through Gallons of gaviscon/gavilast..doc's drugs..they said nothing else would work except an Op.
He used to sleep propped up in a sitting position but he still got the reflux.
He started taking a swig of a pure aloe juice we were buying off a small producer over here and withing about 3 weeks without changing his other drinking food habits whatsoever he stopped the reflux acid.

That is coincidence, I've had the same tear in the chest membrane for a long time. It sure amplifies the pain of heart burn. When it first showed up I swore it was a heart attack. Now I'm used to it and figure that it will be fixed the first time they have to open my chest which is inevitable at some point. I use generic Ranitidine which works well by shutting down the pumps that produce bile.
My last MRI came back with a diagnosis of degenerative arthritis of the spine so I have been looking for Aloe based products hoping I can get some of the same benefits that my old friend Art got from drinking his grand ma's home concoction. It can't hurt.
I just take it in stride as I wonder. What's next?

I managed to pick the lock in the BOM thread room, and I had something that I had to share.... lolol

A few days ago, I gave Lady Waxi's dad (72 yrs old, long term pain and arthritis issues) a course of canna gylcerin tincture. He has been having to have monthly cortozone shots in his foot- without them, he can barely walk... I told him to try 4 drops, 3 times a day, with meals, and to use less if the effects were bothering him. He used 5 drops, and barely noticed a "mellow mood" effect when taken..
Well.... He just called to say he just came back from a one mile walk, and that the tincture not ONLY effectively deals with the pain, but his general energy and "pep" is off the charts, too His wife asked if she could use it, too!
The canna doctor is 3 miles from his house.... Needless to say, I have another patient..maybe 2!! lolol

I never imagined I'd fill my caregiver/patient roster from JUST RELATIVES......
And, they are finding the benefits of cannabis are REAL, and WORKING!

I'm going to pinch myself, and get tending before I erupt in a full-on happy dance....
